Cons: No english instructions at all, but not too hard to figure out. Press the A button to add hours, Press the B button to add minutes, Press the C button to start the timer Round shape makes it difficult to place anywhere without it rolling off. Larger than i thought it would be.

Other: I bought this to use as a general timer around the house, because it's hard to find a timer that goes up to 24 hours. Never intended it to be used for pills. So it worked out good for me. If you need a basic loud little timer, look no further. Get one.

Pros: - Very useful to remind you about your pills, drugs and medications; - Alarm is really loud, so you can let it around the house and still hear it.

Cons: - It is BIG, I´d say huge, I can´t imagine carrying it in my pocket during all the day, I bought without reading the specifications (always read it dude!) and now I can just use at home, because I don´t want something that size in my pocket during all the day. With this size, could use AA batteries. - No manual, but anyway, it´s easy to understand.

Other: - Guess this could be great for older people to remind about medicine, and that´s it, what else would you want to a gadget like this?
