Pros: -lets you go through files by folder -has a shuffle/random feature -excellent screen displays lots of text -excellent signal quality -3.5mm jack -supports microSDHC (tested with an 8gb card and 1200 songs and all were found, note: folder cycling was a bit slow in this case)
Cons: -filenames/folder names longer than 8 characters become the first 6 plus ~1 (i've had this problem with every other player i've tried on dx)
Other: -the best player on DX, and i've tried a few
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: The most important feature: you can jump by folders! I have seen many players like this here on DX and none have this feature. The screen is bright and good looking. The signal is very good. The remote is very good too.
Cons: There is the problem of file names, wich is limited to 8 characters. Someone could update the firmware, if it's possible.
Other: Awesome product, the price is not much. I think it is the best in DX.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Yes, it works with SDHC (i have tested with sandisk ultra SDHC 4gb and hp micro SDHC 8GB).
It has a basic equilizer.
It keeps the last music and also the FM station in memory (no need to re-set it everytime).
You can navigate between folder.
Very compact (it doesn't interfere with gear shit of my MT car)
Cons: If you want to use it as a FM transmiter you have to remember to pause the mp3 player, as it continues to play. But this is not a deal breaker, at least for me.
Other: I shop this putting more weight on specification rather than the positive reviews.
All i can say is that i am very pleased so far.

Pros: This is a nice MP# player with a good price. Most of these are going for $30NZD and this is half that price.
Has a great display that tells you the song and the folder. Has multiple channels for easy FM pick up. Remote has all the functions you could want.
Cons: The file plus and minus buttons are in my way of thinking round the wrong way... not a biggy just have to thing about it a bit.
Other: If you want a cheap MP3 player for the car this is for you. Cheers DX!!
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Works perfectly, as expected for a MP3 device. I enjoy especially this:
- Remember last song played
- Remember frecuency selected
- Can explore folders
- Shuffle works overall and folders
- Really fast at start-up and to change of song
- Sounds is good
Cons: - Small screen, font is too small.
- Plastic that is made, seems a little weak
No other cons.
Other: I recommended it, specially by it's cheap!!
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: The greatest thing is that you can go to the previous or next folder with the press of one button. This feature makes selecting of a 'playlist' much easier, once you organize your folders.
Cons: It doesn't have any inbuilt flash, so you have to insert a sd-card (or a usb device, haven't tried that yet). The card sticks out a fair bit, not a huge problem, but still...
Other: Great player for the money, worked great right away, replacing my cassette-port for a separate mp3 player (that I had to keep charging on the
car's 12v plug anyway).
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: LCD matrix display Sufficient RF power Can jump folders Fast track to track search time Quality remote control with "real" keys! Cable to connect to analogue sources included Volume control
Cons: Sound clear and lud but lacking some bass Looks a bit cheap (in fact it is!)
Other: At that price you cant go wrong. This is a good deal.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Works as advertised.
Reads usb thumbdrives, sd cards (don't try expensive or micro sd cards, see below) and can take external audio as an input through a 3.5 mm stereo jack (walkman-style standard).
Accepts commands from keys on the device or from the remote control (if aimed at the tiny screen).
Shows song name.
Cons: When I hotplugged sku.19040 into it, the microsd card got burnt.
With an el-cheapo 512M regular sd card it worked fine, same as with sku.19040 when used with a sd to usb adapter.
Folder names only displayed in 8.3 .
Song file names scroll slowly (but at least they display fully)
Awkward volume setting from the keys on the device.
Other: Do not adjust it while driving.
Do not use it to listen to bad/obnoxious/toxic sounds (which I won't call "music"), just use it to listen to actual music.
Listen with the radio to the frequency you want to use before plugging this in, to make sure it's really empty before polluting it or getting polluted by it.

Pros: Great FM MP3 car player. It can read folders, and has random function (see the cons). In random mode it can even jump in folders. The sound quality is excelent, even at high volume the sound doesen't get distorded (it even has decent bass quality). No background noise, and it can read a 2Gb micro SD without a problem (haven't tried to hotswap) It can remember the last song player and start again from there (but not where it was in song). I've choosed a frecvency on wich was a radio and waw.... I was hearing only my mp3 and not that radio :D so it has a verry good FM signal.
Cons: It doesen't remember the random mode after you start it again, you just have to choose random again. I didn't find how to set the volume without the remote (up and down on the device are for channel selection) The buttons on it are hard to press :). It's UGLY from my point of view :) (I have to hide it in my car so others can't see it)
Other: Even it's ugly, can't remember the random mode, it's a great fm player for all it's other great things. I've read lots of other reviews on other fm players on DX and this was the best :D. It's a good choice :D

Pros: In order of decreasing importance: 1. Sound is clear. 1. Remembers the last song it played before switch off. 2. Enables to navigate through folders (using remote control). 3. The display stay visible on the direct sun light. 4. Shows on display folder and song names, number of current song of total number of songs. 5. Buttons on remote control are comfortable. 6. All functions work OK (on device itself and on remote control).
Cons: In order of decreasing importance: 1. Sound is flat (there is neither basses nor trebles). There is equalizer with predefined modes, but it really doesn't help. 2. Buttons on device are small, so you can easily press two buttons and choose the not needed one. 3. There is a very light noise on the background. It doesn't annoy me, but I still hear it. 4. Size of the font used for display is small, I have to bend in order to read the name of the folder / song. 5. The remote is bit large. 6. The remote I got is not the same remote shown on the picture :)
Other: The device is built good and provides a lot of functionality, while missing very important properties, like wide sound frequency (basses and trebles). 3 is low for it, 4 is hight, I would give 70 of 100 :)
