1.3" LCD Clamp Style Digital Multimeter with Pouch (AC/DC 600V/400A Max)

Pros: Can be used to measure AC currents at 1 mA resolution. My unit starts showing results when measured current was 2 mA or higher. (many competing clamp meters have 10 mA or 100 mA resolution). Good size. So small that does not take too much space but so big that easy to hold in hand and use. Good mechanical construction. Good accuracy. The current measurements were very close to the measurements I got with more expensive multimeter.

Cons: The test leads that come with the multimeter feel kind of "cheap". I did not feel that they would be good for safe measuring of mains voltages or higher voltages (whey were good for measuring low voltage circuits). User's guide only in Chinese and I could not find any English version on the Internet.

Other: Very good clamp on multimeter for current measurements that you can get cheaply. Works as well as many more expensive models and gives better measuring resolution than many more expensive clamp meters.

Pros: Feels as well built instrument and works well. Capable of measuring very low AC current that many other clamp meters can't measure (1 mA resolution, my units starts to measures currents from 2mA and up). Good size: not too big or too small

Cons: The measurement leads that came with the meter feel a bit "cheap", might not be safest tools for mains voltage measurements (OK for low voltages). Cannot measure AC current even though you can switch the meter to DC current range (can be misleading...). The specifications promised only AC measurements, so lacks of DC measurement range is not really a con, but I think in AC only meter the DC range for current should be disabled so that you can't get on the screen reading that misleads you to think the meter is measuring DC current.

Other: Good clamp meter.

Pros: It is small. Smaller than I expected. It sits nicely in your hand. I like the 2amp and 20 amp scales. Very useful around the house and shed. I appreciated the soft case. It protects the meter without wasting any space. The ohms, diode test and buzz test are great. It seems accurate on all measurements so far.

Cons: The instructions are in Chinese. This is not a huge problem as the meter is so easy to use.

Other: Buy it. You will not be disappointed. It is great.

Pros: Devicde feels like very firm and good tool into any electric works its made of. Good quality feel in hand.

Cons: I cant get the clamp working. It was only reason why i ordered it, and it doesnt work for me. Cant get any reading from ampclamps. No english user manual.

Other: I would recommend this to anyone IF that clamp works. Otherwise i liked this little tool.

Pros: Very accurate for AC current measurement. Measures very low AC current down to 1mA! High quality feel foam padded protective case is nice sent by registered mail Rolling switch is solid Clamp has great workmanship Clamp opens wide 2 off positions is handy Clamp closes solidly

Cons: Doesn't measure DC current Probes feel cheap and doesn't contact very well

Other: Just buy it and don't settle for the cheaper ones
