1.7" LCD Digital Kitchen Scale (5kg Max/1g Resolution)

Pros: Receive one recently. Measurement range is good enough for kitchen. Build quality is ok, uses 2 AAA batteries and they are included in package (description says "not included"). Good precision. In real life looks a bit better than on photo.

Cons: Upper table is unremovable (for cleaning). Maybe should use harder force, but I'm afraid to broke it. Auto-off time not so long (about 30sec AFAIR) and can be longer for more convenient use (or switch for disable auto-off).

Other: I'm gift this item for my grandmather, I think she would be glad to have this scale :)

Pros: - Affordable and quality enough.

- According to the set of calibration weights, show true up to a gram.
- My were supplied with batteries

Cons: - Display is covered with film. Not plastic or glass. So there is some chances to harm it.
- Sometimes display have no enough contrast.
- The plate could be a little bigger

Pros: This scale is very light and accurate to the nearest gram. It is also very simple and easy to operate. Another plus is that is uses 2 AAA batteries which is a time and money saver. It also measures every Motor Thrust I throw at it. I use to have to buy 2302 batteries for $5 and it was hard to find them. It also has a good sized weigh area to set big things on.

Cons: Not really any cons. But if I must be picky I would say its a cheap plastic scale that works flawlessly. It also does not have a backlight which would be cool for low light situations.

Other: Great buy! I would buy another if I broke or lost this scale. You can't get anything better for the price.

Pros: It is small and comes ready to use, an essential item for the kitchen to measure the ingredients, and to weight the food in order to control your ingest calories.

Pros: This scales is very easy to use. Just turn on by pressing button, wait for a second and use them. If you want to use glass or any other container for you product, just put it on scales before turning on and it automaticaly sets zero. If you want to change glass, use tare function by pressing power on button for a second. The size of scales are good - they are small, but not tiny. My wife likes them. They are accurate in measuring

Cons: The keys on the keypad are the membrane type and do not appear to be made all that well. I have not had good luck with membrane keypads over the years, so I doubt that this one will last that long either.

Pros: Very fine kitchen gadget! Looks very solid. you can choose the units of measurement, like KG, LB and so on. You can put a big plate on it and mak? a tare zeroing. So dont look at the small size! It can weight up to 5 kilo with very good precision! Two batteries are included and works for a long time. ON\OFF button. Easy to use!

Cons: Really none. Probably you can find the scales with big tare, but in this case they will be not so compact and, anyway, you can put a big dish on this scales and invoke reset tare function.

Other: Go and buy them if you need a kitchen scale! Believe me, I scrutinized all offers on DealExtreme and it is a best choice of the kitchen scales! I can suggest it to any interested person! Ill hope this review will be helpful!

Pros: This scale decent quality for the price and therefore good value.

Cons: Batteries were a very tight fit in the battery compartment. Somewhat small as a kitchen scale.

Other: Good weight measuring range, decent quality, very good value. Perfect if you don't need to weigh very large objects.

Pros: Pretty accurate and small build. Doesn't takes up excessive space and stores easily. Build and feel is good enough. Also easy to use.

Cons: Buttons is bit hard to press, but that's still not too bad. I feel the price can be more attractive.

Other: If you cook or bake (especially) frequently, this would be a highly useful addition to your kitchen. Got this for my wife as she bakes rather often and it helps for her to get accurate measurements of the flour and such ingredients used.
