1.7" LCD PC Chassis Front Panel Temperature + Card Reader w/ 4*USB/e-SATA/2*3.5mm Audio

Pros: -Very good package!(antistatic package inside+manual+screws+sticky tape for thermo-sensors)
- Attractive design(I've put it in old-fashioned semi-professional miditower case INWIN and it looks GREAT!),
- I have no visual impression that it's "cheap" unit at all
- The display is very bright with good contrast(I will try to put photos later) With the SKU.50969 it's really gread add-on! (I will write a report about 50969 later)
- Accuracy of the thermo-sensors are good (I've connected them to 2 my HDDs. SKU display shows the temperature is 35.7 and 33.9 against 35 and 37 in Everest-software
- Fans controllers(wheels) are of very good sensivity (not easy, but not hard to move)
- Audio-jacks works fine :-) Which is very important for me - I don't have any audio-jacks on the front of the case.
- USB is working in 2.0 mode
- IT Reads SD HC 32Gb!!!!
- Informative instruction for installation(English and China) - even if you don't know both of them - it's very easy to understand
- Looking inside made me aware that it's has a good quality

Cons: - Bad sticky-applicators for thermosensors (need to be thrown away and replaced by those with better quality)
- I've open the cover of this SKU to be sure that all the connections inside are "ok" and found out that one cable was not fully connected(to to the end) to its socket(nevertheless, all works without any problem). I've pushed it to the place and closed.
- Windows XP identified all the memory card readers as dedicated disks(Except USB) and shows them in "My computer" constantly.

Other: I've spend about an 45 minutes to install and test it (not because of complexity, but because I wanted to make photos, put all cables and check how it works).
I'm very satisfied to have this device bought and installed.
It would be really BESTSELLER if it could be sold at least $5-10 cheaper.

Pros: - cheap in comparison
- works very good
- looks cool
- gives the pc a finishing touch
- all kinds of mem cards fit in there
- even a sata socket

Cons: - you have to open up the pc and some people rather not do that
- cant let the cpu fan run on it( if you do it overheats quickly and shut's down your pc to protect the cpu )
- not a quick usb-transfer rate
- came without bolts or some sort of bracket

Other: buy just dont let the cpu fan run on it, but i would buy it again, if mine broke

Pros: Very much memory Card support! Very sensetive fan speed controller! Narrow area so much function, 4x USB 2.0, eSATA, HD Audio etc. Nice blue LCD and Reading / writing / Active Green LED, Good quality temperature diode x2

Cons: Sound alarm is can't changable. After 50C three time alarm! but after silent! However good function

Other: Really nice product for this price. We're waiting for 4 Pin 5v-12v front panel power support to external HDD storage device(s) Thanks to Dealextreme and STW.

Pros: - Support of memory cards are good
- nice fit in a 5.25 bay
- add usb contacts on chassis front(one reason i bought it)
- Lightning is on a decent level

Cons: - Feels plastic
- LCD display flickers and wont show anything sometimes.(lack of quality in soldering i would think)
- cable for mounting inside are either too long or to short. Would love to be possible to detach unused cables.
- Temperature probes would be nice if they came with addesive. Now i had to take some insolution tape.

Other: Its what it says it is!

Pros: It comes as handy, because of its efficiently small size. Due to it being small, it's also portable, you can easily carry it with yourself whenever you want. Works okay.

Cons: Maybe the price could be better, but it is still unbeatable. The package could come more protected, but none came damaged.

Other: Generally recommend that those who are looking for inexpensive 1.7" LCD PC Chassis Front Panel Temperature + Card Reader w/ 4*USB/e-SATA/2*3.5mm Audio.
