Other: Must have to know really for what you are pay. For example my Subwoofer eat 19W in Standby. Non-calibrated 32" LCD TV - 89W Same calibrated - 58W

Cons: Too low maximum power, total 1.3kW
For a European power plug is not a protective earth contact, it can cause damage to connected equipment. I had to buy a power cord with English plug.
There is no way to measure the reactive part of the load in this unit.
Too little time backlight, it would be better, she worked all the time while the device is connected to the mains

Other: The next time you buy a device at a maximum power of at least 3.5 kW

Pros: I already had one of these bought off a different source. This one is identical, and cheaper!
It's really great to know how much your electric stuff really drains, makes you think about your consumptions habits and you can manage them intelligently.

Cons: Not really compatible with EU plugs. I mean, you you get a mostly universal plug, too bad the middle pin for EU ground is not even there.
I had to drill one on the left-side, and mod the grounding contact in the inside so it is actually working.
Also, there is no ground contact for shucko plugs, but that's kind of normal given the shape of the product.
I'd like for the first screen to be the instant power drain instead of the cumulative KWh.

Other: Do yourself a favour and buy one, or even three, so you get a discount :P

Pros: Measures by hour, day, month and has an operating hours counter, which can be reset. The usefulness of this meter is that it serves to identify which home device is consuming too much energy. As the specification has a limit of 6A, can not measure power 1400kwH devices. I tested with a microwave and it read 1370kwh.

Pros: Very easy to use. You can monitor instant power consumption or acumulative over the time. It's great to measure real light bulbs consumption and how much power do computers and other electrical apparatus consume. You get real surprises when you use it.

Cons: I still didn't find any. If I had to write any con, maybe its maximum power. But it's so accurate even at low ranges that I can't complain.

Other: This thing is a must have.

Pros: Easy to connect, to use and all the measurements you can expect. It even ceeps the data after disconnection. It even has backlight from the display wich switches off after some time. Records actual power in W, an kWH per hour, day, month and total time of connection.

Cons: No connection for a european plug with earth connection.

Other: Great stuff for this price. In Europe you must connect the earth pole for your own safety.

Pros: 1. It is simple. Just plug in something and it starts working. 2. It is useful, you can control everything in your house.

Cons: 1. The maximum attached power is 1,4 kW and it is not enough to measure the power hogs in your house. 2. There is an unused button on the front side which does nothing. 3. To connect the ground line on euro plug you need a special converter.

Other: Buy this little thing, it worth its money.

Pros: Very accurate even at low load. Shows current power or power consumption in kilowatts per hour/day/month or all time. Backlight! (i'm sick of LCD devices without backlight).

Cons: Not really a con, but 1400w limit sometimes is not enough. No protective earth for EU plug.

Other: A must have if you want to know real power consumption of your electronics. Price is good, and it is very useful device, so just buy it.

Pros: Good quality plastics and gives good wattage reading on the appliances attached to it. It uses a common energy meter IC, ADE7755 from Analog so it's pretty accurate for its price.

Cons: The looks can be improved

Other: A great priced device to buy for you to satisfy your curiosity on how much energy does your appliances drain. \ Some devices like chargers can drain even when nothing is attached to them; I found out that my washing machine actually eats 5W/h just being plugged in! So this meter device works if you want to know how you can save your home's electricity consumption.

Pros: Simple and functional. Just does what is was designed for.

Cons: On the first connection to electric plug it produced a big boom due to a short-circuit inside. The reason was the lack of isolation and bending of one of the wires. After I disassembled it and repaired (just replaced the blown out part of the wire), it started to work.

Other: Overall quality is ok. Good choice if your instance is properly assembled. On first plugging keep the device far from your eyes.
