1-to-2 Car Cigarette Lighter Power Port Splitter (DC 12~24V)

Pros: It is similar to many other products, BUT has 2 separate sockets. This was very important to me, because my lighter is very close to the gear-shift and i just don't have space for bulky protruding things. With this i can move the sockets around the gearshift.

Cons: On this site there are some similar items that are cheaper, but they are also cheap looking, and this one looks nice and has good build quality. What was pro for me - 2 separate sockets on long cables, can be a con for you, because on some cars it won't be very tidy with this dangling against the dashboard sockets.

Pros: Unlike other products, it has two separate sockets on long cables. It’s useful if you need move or put away the electronic device from the Power Port. Good quality. Sober, sockets and cables, all black. I think it’s unnecessary, so no LED for me is a pro.

Cons: Maybe the long cables can be annoying for you if you don’t like having extra cords hanging around in your car. No packaging, but it wasn’t a problem for me but if it come in a bag, will be great.

Other: I highly recommend this product. It’s my second one (the first was for me, this one is a present for my father because when he saw it, he said was ‘Just what I need’)

Pros: Has 2 seperate outlets. Has a small cord between each outlet. Good for pointing one outlet towards your GPS/phone, and have the 2nd outlet towards the kids DVD players behind your seats.

Cons: While it does the job, you have to continually push your device's plugs back in, as the outlets seem to be pushing the connections out a little too hard, instead of simply holding them in the socket.

Other: Is a good little gadget, but I think I will have to rig up some sort of holder to keep the device plugs plugged into this splitter.

Pros: cheap.. quality wise was considered above average.. very important for me as my car only comes with 1 cig socket.. i need at least two.. one that is for my ionizer and the other is either for my gps or iphone charger. the wires are thick and long too.. so that i could hide it below my carpet.. this thing would definitely look neat.. not sure about the rest because my cig socket is located somewhere nearby the ebrake.. if its somewhere near the aircon console it might not look that good.

Cons: none that i could think off..

Other: i would definitely get it if my car only have 1 cigarette socket

Pros: The price, it's value is 1000%
Awesome to be able to charge two devices in the same time.
Wires are not short, but not too long, just fine, I am able to move them in what ever directions I can.
The "in" (or female we call it?) ports are solid, no problem with it.

Cons: The one reason I would never buy this again is that it pushes out itself from the car lighter.

Other: Sometimes I need GPS and camera for recording to be plugged in in the same time, because camera needs all time power supply and the GPS batteries are simply low. One day I had this connected this way and this splitter simply pushed itself out, as I randomly check the camera lights from time to time and found that it's off. So in case of emergency (accident - camera would be useless, GPS would shut down, and so on..)

Pros: Well it does what it should do. The quality is high, better than I expected to be honest. Using it with GPS charger and a DVD player in my car... works like a charm!
I must say that it's a bit 'bulky' but that also adds to the build quality. This one won't break very easy!

Other: If you need continuous power in your car to feed a dvd player and power to charge your phone or other gadgets at the same time: get one!

Pros: Charges two things at the same time.
Solid connection to the supply socket.
Really nicely built load sockets.
Bright red indicator light on plug, handily not positioned on top so it's not distracting while driving.
Not going anywhere once plugged in.

Cons: Ungainly cables loll about everywhere unless secured, I had to go for a splitter of this design as a fixed unit would not fit in my cigarette socket, so it's a minor con and a couple of cable ties has sorted this out.
The plug is a tiny bit stiff on insertion, this will probably wear in over time.

Other: Good value and, in my opinion, better than the compact plastic units as the cable gives you flexibility.

Other: A good solution if you need long individual cables, otherwise consider the more compact splitters with 2 to 4 sockets in a single piece.

Pros: It works.
It has a red light indicator when you put it on your cigarette holder which means it works.
You can use both ports at the same time.

Cons: None actually. Its not a con for me, but its a little bit big to put this on the front of your car.
Ive also a cigarette adapter in the back of my car so Ive put it in the back of my car where you dont see it.

Other: If you want to have more stuff which you will use at the same thime on your car buy this. Or look for a similar product. These kind of things you will always need...
