Pros: VERY good price, especially if you're buying bulk, bright LED.
Cons: These do need a resistor at 4.5 volts. The last bunch of white LED's I bought (from a different vendor) didn't require any resistance at that voltage. Well, I plugged one of these into the device I have my other LED's rigged up to, and promptly burnt it out. No worries, though. There are plenty more where that came from.
Other: I love toying with LEDs, and this is the best price I've ever found these at.

Pros: Bought a batch of 10 units in a pack and used them to replace some of the LEDs in the 10mm keychain flashlights which either had poor focusing or discoloured yellowish or bluish beam spots. These LEDs can withstand a direct voltage drive of 6V without any current limiting and projects a beam spot at least 10 feet away quite clearly in a dark alley.
Cons: The quality of these LEDs are slightly poor as the beam spots are not focused correctly and the beam spot is sometimes either yellowish white or bluish white. Intensity also differs quite a fair bit between the 10 units.
Other: I prefer the 22000mcd 5mm LEDs as they are much b righter and give an even beam spot 10 feet away but at a lower intensity, however, for reading usage these 10mm LEDs are definitely not good.

Pros: Very good led emitters. I have used its not only in key chains, but in some home devices.
Cons: None
Other: Have made home decoration from it. Buy it if you know what to do with them :)

Pros: This LED is awesome! Only takes 3V to light, yet I can drive it stock with 80mA-100mA continuous (3.6-3.8V) and it's super bright. It handles more current than a 5mm LED, which makes it much more intense. If you solder a piece of copper wire to the negative terminal of the LED to heatsink it, it's even safer for much more current. I can run 140mA @4V constant with heatsinking the LED. Fantastic LED!!!
Cons: None at all!
Other: These LED's are for hard-driving! They are similar to a 5mm at normal currents of 20mA, but when you crank them up, they are blindingly impressive, and don't burn out at well over 100mA! (don't push your luck of course, but I've not burned out any of them at all)

Pros: -Bright
Holy crap these things are bright! hooked up to USB, these leds are so bright it hurts to look directly at them.
-Power Handling
These things can handle the power straight from the USB port without a resistor!
Cons: -Minimal spread
The LEDs are very focused, but as this is clearly stated on the product page, its not really much of a con.
Other: -Price
The price is unbeatable. There is no retail shops in Australia that could sell LED's of the brightness and quailty for anywhere near this price.

Pros: They're cheap, bright and can handle a lot of volts. I plugged them into a 9 volt battery and worked fine without a resistor. I'm been replacing a lot of regular LCD bulbs with these on just about everything. Nightlight, Multiple LED spotlight bulbs, push button LED lamps.I used it for a lot of stuff and they're so cheap if the leads off the bulb bend too much and break off I just put in another. I've bought about 20 of them so far, not one has went dead during use. I leave it on all night as a night light. I tried leaving one on all day and night without a battery change. Seems to last about 2 days then starts to dim and then just die out. But, nothing some new batteries can't fix. Has a nice throw for a single LED, nice hotspot.
Cons: The only cons are they are pretty big compared to a regular LED and its has a one direction hot spot which is straight ahead. I tried sawing the head off of one to get the beam to spread. When I cut it down there was no beam what so ever. It does spread the light around more but, not much of a flood even with two. Hopefully DX will come out with some 10.5 mm inverted LEDs, it'll be more useful in modding a regular sized bulb with a bunch of these. Seems like it gives a greenish/white beam. Which is fine with me, but I'm sure a more pure white or yellow/white beam is more useful.
Other: I will probably buy more of these when I'm done putting them in everything else that I can. But, for now I guess what I have now will have to do unless 1 watt emitters become cheaper then I can mess with those instead.

Pros: They are cheap but you get what you pay for. If you want focused light, then they are good. If you use multiple LEDs you could probably get a decent ammount of light.
Cons: Light is a little bit greenish and there are some black spots.
Other: It would be nice if DX sold more powerful white LEDs like 0,5W 5 chip ones.

Pros: - Do you know how much 10.5 mm are? - Very bright bastards! Like looking into the sun - Very Small emmitment angle(focused as it says) - Think they would do very well instead of regular bulbs in flashlights
Cons: - A small greenish whitelight when driven on a 9V supply and a 270 ohms resistor...
Other: - As they arrived in a bubble plastic bag some of the legs where damaged, nothing that couldn't be cured by bending them back though. - Fill up your storage of LED:s Sometime you will need them and is going to be happy you bought them at this price :-)

Pros: - These LEDs are very bright. - Their 10mm diameter is more than enough, you can rarely see this size in usual products.
Cons: - Viewing angle is a bit small, but it's mentioned by Dealextreme. - Not good for lighting something closer than a few metres.
Other: Their color temperature is cold white, just like other LEDs on the market. They are seems to be good products but remember to the viewing angle, maybe it is about 10 or maximum 15 degree.

Pros: Bright, cheap enough and equivalent quality to some of the known brands.
Fast switching makes it ideal for 555 timer pulse driver to make one super bright and efficient light that can equal some lower quality Cree.
Cons: No Specs, so had to burn out a few to find limits. Definitely not for direct USB connection as will only last a few minutes before degredation.
Other: Ideal voltage is 3.3-3.8v with about 9ma per volt from 3.0-4.2v. Higher voltages do not provide any benefits. It starts to get hot over 3.8v so you are just wasting power too.
Excellent Value and build quality if you need a tight beam.
