What is Bulk Rate? BulkRate is a semi-wholesale system with items priced separately from retail. When you use bulk rates, a flat $1.70 registered air mail fee will automatically be added to your cart to ensure delivery of package. While BulkRate's intention is to offer cheaper prices when you buy in bulk, because it is priced separately it on occassions show a higher than retail price. That's why we ask you to enter BULKRATE as a coupon code to manually activate the rates. You can always opt not to use the bulk rates. If you are looking for wholesale prices please feel free to contact us.

Pros: Nice product. Low power consumption compared to standard light chain. Cool light effects.

Other: Will definitely recommend it.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Bright, cheap, nice long cable, LED lights are better than the filament bulbs in older xmas lights
Cons: none
Other: Great for decorating a room regardless of the time of year

Pros: Very bright, Nice Red, good construction nice long length , would pay 3 x this price in Australia
Cons: europe Plug ?? no good 4 australia just chopped the plug off and replaced with australia plug other wise use an adaptor may be easer as wires are fine (use an adaptor like sku.1088 adaptor) which you can find in a local $2.00 (bargin shop) normally smaller, DX should stock these for australia
Other: BUY THEM

Pros: It´s a normal LED-Christmas light. Good Colors and the build-quality is okay
Cons: ONLY 100 LED, Not 120, as it is in the description. No discount from DX :(
Other: It's okay, but only 100 LED - not so pretty ... I thought I had bought 120 LEDs
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: I wanted a single row of light for my Christmas tree but It was very hard to find long lights and short price.... until DX
Cons: None. Maybe the cable. It should've been green instead of transparent...
Other: Leds are much brighter and use less power than standard Xmas light. Don't miss it
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: - Great display
- Cool patterns
- Price is so cheap
- Well built.
Really bright and colourful lights, great patterns
Cons: Maybe the cable. It should've been green instead of transparent...
Other: DX needs to sell more of these and more colours mayber next year for the holiday season PLEASE

Pros: LED's wont burn out, I have had them running for months. I use them as a night light / low ambient light. Red preserves night vision. Maybe you could use them in a darkroom?
Cons: When power is aplied, they do not start in a solid on state, they are flashing. Very irritatingly. Not useful for what i wanted. I shorted each of the 3 control transistors inside the control box with a small blob of solder. This disables the flashing because there is always full power applied to every led. Now they can be used with a power switch without starting up in blinky mode. Maybe i'll post a picture later.
Other: I don't know if they would survive outside in sun and rain.

Pros: World-voltage compatible, and seem quite well made; I've had an amber-LED version of this for years now, and it hasn't died or set the house on fire yet.
Cons: If you want the lights to be on constantly, you have to press the mode button seven times every time you plug them in. Any slight power interruption resets them to twinkle mode. And they use PWM for brightness control, and so flicker in every mode. (You'll probably only notice if you're looking around, though; they flicker fast enough that they seem steady when you look straight at them.)
Other: Decent length, decent number of LEDs, several flash modes, under eight bucks. And they ought to last forever.

Pros: noblest of electric lights, leading a very dangerous and can be a thin line pierce fingernail otherwise beautiful lights for many different Mode and the price is good
does not know whether they were designed lights out but it seems that it would be inside
electric shock is really
Cons: electrical cord extremely dangerous and can be a thin line pierce fingernail, a weak case for procreation and influence the truly dangerous
Other: electric shock really
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Price is the best ive ever seen on lights like these. The light is good and bright.
Cons: But the wires are whery thin. and the wires can come loose on from the controller box. allso the wire from the controller box to the socket is wery short. It could been a 1 meter or 2 longer
Other: If you want some bling this is a great product and this is good value for your money.
