100W Universal Laptop AC Power Supply with 8 Connectors (AC 100~240V)

Pros: This charger is Brilliant! I can even charge using usb and the dc adapter at the same time. Works fine in the car, and allows the charging of a bunch of different stuff, though I haven't used the 15 or 24volt settings as yet. Build quality seems good with a sturdy casing. The dc plug attachments have two different sized posts on them so you can't put the connectors on the wrong way around. I let it run for several hours, and it didn't have any overheating problems. It was barely warm after all that time. A similar unit in NZ is NZ$180.00 so this is a fantastic deal! Thank DX, you da best!

Cons: The switch for the voltages is a little too recessed to easily move it from the 15 volt setting, but it is ok for the rest of the settings. The cover to the voltage selector switch is a bit flimsy, but as I don't plan to change it much that's not really an issue. I wish it had an Australian wall outlet connector (it's the UK one) but an adapter is easy to get from DX. I already have one. If you don't, order one for your country along with the unit, and you will be fine.

Other: It's worth it!

Pros: I opened it up to change the cord over because the supplied adapters did not suit my Samsung netbook.
Internally it is a quite well made product using normal commercial grade components and techniques.
I wanted a charger to use in a vehicle so the 12V side is important and it is useful to have the mains side too to avoid having to carry two power supplies. The USB charge is nice to have and avoids having to charge things via the computer.
Voltages on the output measure as the device indicates and for those using the standard supplied connector the pins are sized to ensure you only connect one way. Not a bad idea to check if you have the means to do that though.

Cons: It didn't have the connector needed for my Samsung netbook. I solved that problem by buying a DX 80147 and changing the cable over. Still cheaper than buying the cable locally and I get a spare power supply.
(The 80147 connector is actually 5.5mm x 3.0mm not as stated on the DX description)

Other: I am happy with the product.

Pros: Product tested and it works as it should. The voltage was measured with FLUKE Electronics Measuring Tools and testers and they are in range for each of the voltages shown in the charger. So, if you buy this product...You'll get right voltages and stable power in a 12V in or 110-220V in configurations

Cons: No cons for this charger.

Other: A must buy if you're looking for a good an cheap multipurpose charger

Pros: It's a charger, what can i say. It had the connector i needed for a Acer, it worked for about over a month.

Cons: It overheated after a while, and actually melted inside both the connector and inside the charger. It worked good for the while it worked but, yeah. Not much to say about a charger. The plastic also broke after the inside was melted. so i could see inside without actually opening it myself. The shipping took a while aswell...

Other: Sadly, it was not worth buying this product.
