While BulkRate's intention is to offer cheaper prices when you buy in bulk, because it is priced separately it on occassions show a higher than retail price. That's why we ask you to enter BULKRATE as a coupon code to manually activate the rates. You can always opt not to use the bulk rates. Pros: Extremely compact size makes it a an elegant part of your TV set. Apart from the size it is very durable, no heating at all even 4 hours of Full HD watching. Fast Menus and browsing. it does not take even 3 seconds to gear up an recognise a 1,5 TB usb Disk. No glitches on MKV( both 1080P and 720 P) divx and xvid playback. Awesome playback picture quality. Support DTS sound format so you don't have to conver your DTS movies to AC3 format.
Cons: It would be wonderful to see a optical audio output for sound systems. Does nit support Turkish caracter set for subtitles. no information about firmware upgrade on the intruction manual or diyomate web page. I have contated manufacturer support line, they responded but could not help.
Other: I have ordered 21 pcs for my colleques in my company, from 3 colors( hence different SKUs) and I guess I will order more in the coming months.

Pros: - Pocket size - Nice looking - Fresh after playing two movies in HD - Instant recognition of any size of SD cards or pen drives. - Great quality HDMI cable included. - Works great with .mkv HD movies.
Cons: - Not coaxial output - Cannot change subtitles size. - You can change subtitles color, but only between white, red (?) and blue (?). Where is yellow ???
Other: A beautiful, useful, small and not expensive gadget.

Pros: Works just as posed,
MUCH SMALLER than expected (about the size of a 2,5" harddrive, or slightly larger than a bankcard, and a bit thicker too)
Came with an AWESOME HDMI cable that was larger and weighed more than the player! Very high quality!
Gets handwarm, but does not get hot
Does what it says it does (so far)
Loads large sized pictures from SD cards of SLR camera's (does not connect to SLR camera's directly over USB).
Comes with a file browser, music, movie, and picture player, and settings window in root screen.
Music player has a ~16 band graphic equalizer (the first band seems to be defective and is always at ~80% of volume regardless of the song)
Richly enhances low bitrate .rm and divx video's (makes them more colorful)
Read about all video files I threw at it save one (see con and other thoughts)
Cons: ISSUES WITH COMPRESSED NTFS FORMATTED HARDDRIVES!!!
(see other thoughts)
Can not read MSMPEG4v3 encoded files (other MPEG4 files work quite fine).
The device still occasionally freezes when it reads errors, has no hard reset button (AC unplug)
The device when it boots not always displays image through the HDMI! You have to press the 'setup' knob to get image on your TV.
The player does not recognize digital or SLR cameras as card readers.
Does not have audio enhancement options for TV mode (some movies sound a bit dull on my tv (recorded not very crisp), making it necessary for me to increase bass and treble on my TV. They are only present in the audio player.
Does not have post processing, most lower resolution/lower bitrate movies will have jagged lines, and blocky artifacts.
Does not have an option to immediately resume playback from last movie (you'll have to go into the folder, locate and load the file manually).
Escape/Cancel/Go back knob is located in a very odd place on the remote!
Next and Prev are located underneath each other instead of sideways, and likewise with FF and REW
In the setup menu, there's a line that reads "Audio Selsect" instead of "Audio Select".
The graphic equalizer in the audio player does not faithfully represent the volume of the frequencies. It seems rather a fancied 3-4band eq that randomizes the other channels.
Pictures in the picture viewer look good in landscape, but when rotating to portrait mode, they look stretched.
The device is so small and light, that I had to replace the HDMI cable into a thinner one, or the item would be moved by the more stiff cable.
Other: Despite the many flaws, it still makes up for quite a media player!
It packs 80% of punch into what you want to see in a home theater, for only a little fatter than a bankcard's size, and sub $50!
It's especially worth the money!

Pros: -its very small
-plays all files listed ( MPEG1/2/4/H.264(MKV/MOV/AVI)/RM/RMVB/FLV) without problems
-stays cool and quiet without fan
-has good HDMI cable included
-has Av calbe included
-a lot different languages are supportet
-remote is ok
Cons: - does not play Iso and inf files
- did not read my class 10 8GB SD card correctly
- changing display modes can leave u with a blank screen depending if you use HDMI cable or AV cable
- low resulution files get played in small window or get upscaled depending on video mode
- when starting a file sound adds in 1-2 seconds later, means u wont hear sound for the fist few seconds
Other: Good valure for the price but lacks of two formats. Also lacks a few seconds of sound when playing new file. If they make a update to fix it then this item would really be awesome.
As it is now its a very basic hidef player with good build quality.

Pros: How it all and say - read almost all video formats. For me it was important for the presence of AV-out, because I have an old TV, but the support hdmi is also important.
Cons: Do not read some of the specialized, such as "raw" files of my Camcorder.
Inconvenient, illogical Remote Control
One day while watching mkv-video 5-minute portion of the video began to play around and around.
Sometimes spontaneously stops the video in mkv-format. But any avi-files were played without any problems.
Other: I reccomend to look for other media players, such as 57 177 SKU. It is cheaper, but has much more features.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: -Small compact size i can bring it on travel
-nice build quality
-cheap player which can play a 1080p movie
-free hdmi cable inside the package
-works brilliantly for this price
Cons: -too much heat produced on this player, esp when played a 1080p movie
-sometimes can't read the SUB type file for subtitle
Other: on this price, this thing just work fantastic. you will not regret to have this item
