    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: The antenna operates in the stated ranges. When the antenna is deployed, the VSWR at the frequency of 144 MHz in the range 1.8 - 2.2, at a frequency of 430 MHz - 2.5-2.8 (measured at the professional equipment). Details of the antenna are made qualitatively, nothing stuck and not loose. The connector is perfectly fit with the radio (Master UV-200).

    Cons: If you switch to transmit your walkie-talkie with closed antenna, you can damage output stage of transmitter, because with closed telesopic part VSWR about 10 or more at work frequency ranges.

    Other: Buy it, use it, but carefully.
