For turning lights they didn't work for me as I need yellow light, I got something greenish.

Cons: Actually it is not really a con. All LED bulbs works like this. They have a Positive and a Negative. Just plug in the bulb and power it up. If it does not light up, take it out turn it to another side and insert it back. It will light up.
