1156 BAY15S 4W 280LM 19x5050 SMD LED Yellow Light Car Steering Lamp (12~14V)

Pros: The LEDs and structure is well done and the light is a little higher than the original 21W bulb (5 times better in Watts). The bulb light (when is applyed for signal) has some time to show full luminosity but for LEDs is right away. Great for signs. The connector fits perfectly.

Cons: Some cars like my Hyundai Azera use the resistance on the orignal bulb lamps to manage the timming on signal ligths. One reason is when you get a broken light, the timming is changed to a double time (to alert you that you have a broken signal light). Unfortunately, LEDs doesn't have internal resistance as a bulb light, so my signal gone crazy.

Other: Great solution but you need to test in your car. I suggest you to take out one original bulb and turn on the signal light. If doen's change how fast its blinks, those LEDs are perfect for you,

Pros: It really works! The light output is more than good, at least the same as the original 21W amber coloured ones, if not better. The socket is also the proper one: pegs are not exactly opposite and symmetrical, but a bit aside - this is the right onw for a single filament, but amber coloured 1156 (or BAY15S).

Cons: If it is really a con: as it uses less power than a normal light, one might have to change the turning indicator relay, or in some cases (Ford Mondeo MK3) simply install some proper size resistors parallel with the bulb socket, in order to keep the right repeating frequency.

Other: Buy it, you won't regret it.
