    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: Instruction included. Well described for each step

    Cons: Not very useful on the included tool to open the "first gap" on the ipod. The plastic tool edge broke off easily after couple of attempt. I end up using a thin flat head as described on the internet, then I can use the included plastic tool for the rest.

    Other: Spent more time opening the ipod, once the difficult part is completed only take me minutes to change the battery. Finally the ipod is back to life
