What is Bulk Rate? BulkRate is a semi-wholesale system with items priced separately from retail. When you use bulk rates, a flat $1.70 registered air mail fee will automatically be added to your cart to ensure delivery of package. While BulkRate's intention is to offer cheaper prices when you buy in bulk, because it is priced separately it on occassions show a higher than retail price. That's why we ask you to enter BULKRATE as a coupon code to manually activate the rates. You can always opt not to use the bulk rates. Pros: Looks Great. Works on both 110V and 220V, just don't forget to change the switch. Has terminal for ground on 3 prong plugs. 2 Negative and 2 Positive DC outs. Voltage is adjustable between 8.53V and 14.06V with V adjustment resistor beside terminals.
Cons: Really annoying high pitch whine with and without load. Needs a reset button instead of having to plug / unplug when short circuited.
Other: Works great. Hard to get exactly on 12V usually ends up being +/- .05.

Pros: This power supply gives a very clean 12v supply straight off of mains power. I'm currently using this power supply to power a prusa mendle 3D printer after going through 4 ATX computer power supplies rated for 3-5x the wattage of this power supply.
Cons: This thing runs HOT. the case was completely untouchable when in an area with no airflow and drawing a large current. We ended up putting on a spare Intel heatsink just stuck to the side of the case on it, and this took it down to around room tempurature.
Other: Well worth the money 10/10 would buy again.

Pros: After using separate power adapters to my RGB-LED:s for a while(one adapter for each strip), I tried this one to replace them all. And it gets the job done! I use four 4m strip. That's about 160W, and 12V x 15A = 180W, so it's good enough. Easy to connect and easy to put away out of sight.
Cons: You need a bit of space around to keep it cool, so don't stuff it in a tight place. Very small little pin to change between 110/230V. (But this you only have to do once...)
Other: Very good price for this type of device. Very solid build.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: It is a good power supply. I used it with 30 meters of 65714 LED strips consuming something around 12A. It provided a well stabilized 12.2Vcc without any notable noise.
Cons: It doesn't come with instruction manual to help lay people. It doesn't inform the power consumption. The connections screws aren't well positioned so the external case interfere in the connection operation. It can be a little annoying. It doesnt have any protection fuse that a could notice so i had to instal some externally by myself.
Other: Just a regular power supply. It does what it does.
