What is Bulk Rate? BulkRate is a semi-wholesale system with items priced separately from retail. When you use bulk rates, a flat $1.70 registered air mail fee will automatically be added to your cart to ensure delivery of package. While BulkRate's intention is to offer cheaper prices when you buy in bulk, because it is priced separately it on occassions show a higher than retail price. That's why we ask you to enter BULKRATE as a coupon code to manually activate the rates. You can always opt not to use the bulk rates. If you are looking for wholesale prices please feel free to contact us.

Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Easy to use once you get used to it.
Can charge any USB device, not just the iPod.
Small and portable.
Build quality is not the best, but pretty good.
Can charge either through USB or using the built in solar panel.
Solar charging capability is good to have around. (Although I've never fully tested that function before)
Cons: Can be a bit confusing at first to figure out, even with the instructions. But once you get used to it it's pretty straight-forward, so it's not much of a con.
Other: Nice little device to have around as backup power.

Pros: Well, charges the iPod and other usb gadgets.
Cons: Non-logical, badly designed interface. Took me a whole day to fully understand how to use it. Solar charging? Just a gimmick, it doesn't work as it should. To charge it you have to use an odd included cable. If you leave it fully charged and turned off for a few days the energy magically disappears.
Other: Quite disappointed. But addicted to dealextreme.

Pros: - it works
- really can be charged using solar light
- really small to put on your pocket or bag, and very light to carry
- can charge iphone for about 75% capacity when fully charged.
- can charge iphone while it was charge using the solar cell.
Cons: - battery will drain by it self if you not using it, unusually faster than other battery.
- the small button on the top side is to easy pressed accidentally which will lead to drained the battery.
- there are no extra cover for the iphone/ipod connector.
- capacity is a little bit to small.
Other: cheap and useful emergency battery

Pros: Charges USB devices and an ipod at the same time. I used SKU: 22726 with this device and managed to charge my ipod touch, GBA SP, Nintendo DS and my PSP 1000 all at the same time. I also sometimes use it as a power supply for projects and works great. Can be used as a ipod cable.
Cons: Word to new users: The front has a button embedded in it. I didn't realize this for a while and was unable to use it until then. Also, mine doesn't seem to be charging from solar very well.
Other: Great product (once you can get it to work). Great value for price, very handy to be able to charge devices while at camps, tramps, driving or even just a stroll in town
