14V Flashlight

Pros: Very Bright, very hard coating, Ive given it a coupla wacks here and there to see if it breaks and it doesnt. This one is the 3 Battery version. It quite bright, has a good quality finish, feels good in the hand and if you were in trouble you could clobber someone on the head with it quite easily!

Cons: No Cons really, does eat through batteries, but that's what these bulbs are like.

Other: Bottomline is that its a great torch, excellent value for money, very bright. Buy it! Its a bargain.

Pros: This is an insane light! The output rated here is not quite right. It has been rated elsewhere in the area of 220 lumens. Being used to the dull yellow-orange color that most low power Incandescent flashlights put out, I was surprised when the color was a pure white with just a hint if yellow. As the batteries run out the color turns a dull orange, but for the majority of the battery life it is a nice white color. I am now converted back to Xenon Flashlights, provided they use high pressure bulbs. Very good Finish. The 18V Input Cree Drop-In sold here will fit this light(According to DX Staff). I have one ordered, but have not received it yet.

Cons: Heats up after running for more than a few minutes. It has never got hot enough to burn me, but it should be used as needed with some cool down time in between. Beam is not adjustable, but it looks good as-is. Rated at 20-30 Minutes run-time from 3x3.6V CR123A's

Other: Great light for the money! Uses a fairly common bulb module size, which allows the use of other brands/types of bulbs. Runtime is not very long. Don't expect it to last all night. If you want longer runtime, go for the CREE Drop-In.

Pros: Great light output, good size, handy carry loop

Cons: Non-standard tail cap (can't use a tactical cap on this). The power button on mine doesn't work, so you have to screw it all the way in to light up, and unscrew the cap to turn off. Terrible build quality.

Other: That tail cap problem seems like it should have been caught in some sort of testing. It's really annoying having to twist the cap to turn it on. I can't carry it in my pocket with the cap even partially on, or it could light up and start a fire. The batteries can fall out without the cap. Even so, it puts out a ton of light, so I'm OK with it.

Pros: This is a great flashlight to upgrade or use different lamp modules. I put a 9-volt lamp in it and can use 3 CR123 lithum batteries. or one of the drop in cree LED modules just watch your voltage, if you get the LED module that goes up to 18 volts you can use 3 of the 3.4 C123 rechargable batteries. Very cool!!

Cons: Only a few things poor about it the build quality is not real good and the coating is thin.

Other: I would buy more if I need anymore, DX you did a great job!!!

Pros: great fit and finish.

Cons: very weak light. not worth the price. upgrade with those drop in led mod.

Other: get the led lights. way brighter and last longer battery life on 3 cr123a.

Pros: cheap.3 batt capacity

Cons: drains batterys fast gets hot not bright at all I think go cree q5 with this light then you will have a nice light

Other: go with new L.E.D lights Q5 cree is the best ive seen.

Pros: This light is very very very bright. It is almost as bright as a normal motorcycle headlamp.
It really lights up a room if you bounce the beam off the ceiling. Takes 4 RCR123 batteries easily without burning the bulb ( it is rated for 3 RCR123 bulbs )

Cons: Gets hot very quickly. Cannot be used for extended time. After around 10 minutes of continuous use the light is so hot that it is impossible to hold it.
Also, eats up batteries really quickly. 3 RCR last for barely 20 minutes

Other: Get one for showing off. It is very cheap and the amount of light is amazing.
However, do not depend on it for emergencies as the runtime is very limited as it gets extremely hot

Pros: Extremely bright, I use it for rabbit, kangaroo, fox, pig and other animal hunting. It is really good at catching their eye's so you can locate them, it has a very long range. And it also fits onto the bottom of my rifle with the correct railing.
Very cool :D

Cons: Batteries don't last very long. The batteries aren't easy to come by, you have to get them off of the net. The torch gets very hot after it has been on for a couple of minutes, it is even too hot to touch.

Other: I'm most impressed with the output from such a small torch.
