1500-2000 MCD 5mm Blue LED Emitters (10-Pack)

Pros: Very cheap! I couldn't find any at this price in my town.

Cons: Not bright as green ones.

Other: They took almost 1 1/2 month to arrive but the wait was worth it.

Pros: Unbeatable price.

Cons: LED's are not very bright. Unknown input voltage. My first one burned out quite easily (was not able to survive a split second 5v test)

Other: Would be great if DX provided more detailed specifications. Otherwise, great LED's for projects requiring an indication light or a dimmer glow.

Pros: I used up all these LEDs without any problems.

Cons: I agree with previous poster that detailed specs would be nice.

Other: good leds for projects.

Pros: Much cheaper than buying from local sources. Quality seems consistent.

Cons: A bit too bright for indicator LEDs.
Not a deep blue but at this price I'm not complaining.

Other: If you want some blue LEDs these will do the trick.

Pros: 10 of them Very cheap Reasonably bright

Cons: Wrong colour - mine were green. That's 1/3 so far (Ordered IR, got 20 red. Ordered IR, got IR, ordered blue and got green).

After you buy this item, you will inevitably review it and struggle for the 500 characters.

Other: Buy some, even if they aren't blue, they're still useful.

Pros: Great 1500-2000 MCD 5mm Blue LED Emitters , I am using them on my RC planes for night flying. They could run off 3.7V and you could place 2-3 in series for 2-3Cells Lipo batteries.

Cons: The price could be cheaper for comes in larger pack like 25 or 50 pcs.

Other: Looking for larger pack to bring down the price. or a bundle pack with different colors like 5 or 10 pcs for each colors.

Pros: Very bright, uses very few energy, works with standart size pcbs, are very good quality...

Cons: the light could be stronger, it could have a wider angle, they should come in big packages, like 100, with better prices

Other: I bought green and blue leds at the same time and they changed the amounts, i got 50 green and 30 blue insteado of 50blue and 30 green, but it was so cheap i didn't care.

Pros: They are bright enought. Very cheap, these cost here like this much each. They are very current effient. Unlike ordinary light bulbs.
Many purposes to use. I like these more than greens. :)

Cons: They could be brighter. I would want to buy more like fifty or hundred in bag. Maybe too bright for indicator lights, but not enought bright for flashlight purposes. Makes other colours look funky.

Other: Great price to quality relationship. Buy many bags of these. You won't regret it.

Pros: - They are cheap
- You get 10 of them
- They are actually pretty bright
- Only 5 mm. thick which is nice :P
- Perfect for modding bigger things
- They are Blue and only blue

Cons: - no one so far.
- 1500 - 2000 mcd might sound a little small, but they are actually very bright.

Other: If you like modding with LEDs and if you are the Blue type of guy, you should get these, they are all the money worth. You get alot for that amount of dollars :D They are bright and Blue.
