150mm Vernier Caliper (Silver)

Pros: - Very nice caliper.
- The metal quality seems quite good.
- Doesn't use batteries like the electronic ones, so you'll never ran out of battery + doesn't risk to break the display if you keep it in your toolbox with lots of other tools
- Come in a plastic box

Cons: - Came with a lot of oil on it, so you must clean it a bit before first us.
- Other than that it's fine

Other: A good buy if you don't need to use it on a regular basis. If you need it everyday, then the LCD version may be an easier choice (or not...).

Pros: I'm not even sure what to write here, maybe the only pro I can think of is the OK price.

Cons: Plain horrible item. The build quality is below any compare. The edges of the tool were not smoothed after the rough machining, so they have sharp chips on them that actually cut skin. The movement of the slide is not smooth, even though the item comes with greased. Steel quality is OK but not more than that. I ordered the digital caliper (SKU 02306) too and it's way better quality.

Other: Not worth the price, and not worth even half it's price. Whoever built it should be burnt at stake.

Pros: It has a good weight and good finish. Comes into a reasonable quality case. Very useful for woodworking.

Cons: No cons. I´m 100% satisfied.

Other: If you´re thinking about buying a digital caliper, think about problems you could have with the batteries. Another reason to stay with this caliper is because there is no trouble if you drop the caliper. But with a digital caliper the LCD would get broken, disabling measurement.

Pros: The material is not excellent, but for those who want to learn and invest in an inexpensive tool you can buy. O material não é excelente, mas para quem quer aprender e investir em uma ferramenta de baixo custo, pode comprar.

Cons: The finish leaves something to be desired, could be better limado. greatly improve the appearance. O acabamento deixa a desejar, poderia ser melhor limado. melhoraria muito a aparencia.

Other: Good tool for learning.
