Pros: Wall mount charging with no cord to tangle and easy red charging - green charged (idiot proof) system. Tested charged 2400 ma 18650 cells all @ 4.2v fully charged. Good build quality and low price along with twin charging ports make it the best value around. I have purchased five and have ordered six more for gifts to family and friends. P.S. This is the cell used in most laptop batteries so they must know something.
Cons: Slow charge time makes it tough but only if you need the cell right away. In my real opinion, I prefer a slow charge that is less stressful on the cells and increase useful life span.
Other: In the 60s My dad use to have a bag of D cell batteries that we kept in the closet for the radio and flashlights during power outages. There was hell to pay if one was found left on. Mag lights and walkmans made Double A's my standard for the 80s and 90s.Today, I don't see a better type of cell or charging system than liPo available now or in the near future. IMHO 18650 is the Double A of the future.

Pros: Hey it works! It will charge 1 battery at a time as well as 2 at a time. When I leave the batteries in the charger for an hour longer than the fully charged light, nothing blows up! Very lightweight. Works with 110 volts or 220 volts ,so very useful for a traveller.Fits my battery well(unprotected 18650). The charging-full lights work and are easy to read. Not too expensive.
Cons: I wish this unit had auto shut off like the similar single battery charger of this style does.
Other: This charger does the job well enough for me. I dont need to charge batteries that often and only 1 at a time so I wish I would have gotten the single battery 18650 charger of this style as it is supposed to have auto shut off. Auto shut off would make it less scary if forgotten.

Pros: This little plug-pack style battery charger is great, it fits snugly on my power-board alongside all the other plug-packs and cables without me having to strategically rearrange them. Works with a AU plug converter fine, charges the batteries to their capacity fine (confirmed with multimeter), has decent circuit protection and won't turn your batteries into bombs :P
Cons: Well annoyingly i had to buy the adapter to get this fitting in an Australian power point. apart from that there where not any real issues. Occasionally I've had problems with the device stopping the charge cycle 3/4 of the way through and that's that, which can be quite annoying as i have to remove the batteries then replace them for them to charge fully.
Other: Nice simple charger, does the job fine, i leave mine plugged in at the wall and put my batteries in it when my flashlight batteries need to be recharged. Nice and convenient, no cables and alike running all over the place, just a simple little plug-pack adapter. The device is quite nice in terms of size, I'd imagine this would fit very well in it's normal socket. Charges batteries fairly fast. Not the best charger on DX but great if you have just bought a flashlight and batteries and need a charger for that and that only. (my situation :P)

Pros: Great deal - can't go wrong Surprisingly compact Has overcharge protection circuitry No cables to tangle
Cons: Single circuit even though there are 2 charging bays. Better to charge one battery at a time. Otherwise, lower charge battery will not be fully charged when first battery hits 4.2V.
Other: I am very pleased with this charger and feel it is a great deal. While waiting for delivery, I had wished I purchased the 1251 charger. I will eventually get the 1251 but I will buy one more of these too ~ one for home, one for the office.

Pros: -The charger has a FUSE built in. Thats one important thing for european electronic articels.
- Cut off Voltage 4,20 V
- You hear no sound, no beep
- The Charger recognizes a battery very well
- Very reliable
- feels solid
- very valuable
Cons: I would prefer a power cord instead of this little power plug-in.
Other: The most important issue for me is, that this charger has a real fuse built in.
When I open the case it says TR-0007 2009-11-30 94VO

Pros: Rigid lightweight and compact design would be great for travel. The fold-over plug is a plus for traveling. (won't puncture things in your bags).
Cons: Open circuit voltage: 4.27V
Charge light turns green: ~4.22V
Charge continues after green light to ~4.26V+ and holds there until the cell is removed.
No charge termination is present. This is a trickle/float style charge that is not recommended for use with li-ion cells.
Charge rate of 600mA is split between channels, channels are wired parallel. This can be dangerous if cells in very different states of charge are installed together by a user who is no aware of this and why it is dangerous.
When charging 2 large cells, charge time can be over 8 hours, terribly slow IMO.
Other: Just another trickle/float charger for li-ion cells being offered up for cheap and getting far more positive reviews than it deserves.

Pros: this is perfect for 3.7V batteries it has a light that lights up when the batteries are dead, and one that turns green when they are done.
Cons: i haven't found any yet , it does feel a little cheep but what do you expect for the price. so far it is doing the trick
Other: if you need a cheep charger for your flashlight or laser pointer BUY this one. u shouldn't regret it

Pros: Its very cheap
An open circuit voltage of 4.2 should keep it relatively safe.
Its compact and easy to use.
Cons: From what I've read from people who have tested them, virtually all cheap chargers do not stop charging. Even after the LED turns green, it continues to trickle charge. Reportedly, this charger does also. So if you leave batteries in a cheap charger after its green, it continues to trickle charge up to possibly dangerous levels.
On the bright side, this charger has an open circuit voltage of 4.2, so if you leave a cell in it, it would probably be safe. Or at least safer than a cheap charger with a higher open circuit voltage.
Other: In this price range, its hard to beat. Its hard to find a cheap charger that truly terminates the charge when the cells are fully charged. This one seems like an ok compromise.

Pros: -good deal for the price.
-works for 18650 type flashlight batteries as sold on DX.
Cons: -build is a little cheap.
-doesn't feel completely solid.
-18650 type batteries just barely fit, but do go in to it and charge fine.
-has a small problem of the light not changing colour when it's done charging the battery, which it's done a few times.
Other: It's a bit big, and has a few flaws, but if you need a really cheap battery charger, it's not a bad choice. sure it's rough around the edges, but it does get the job done.

Pros: compact, lightweight. has led's to provide status. Fairly fast charger. WIth protected cells, can plug in and walk away.
Cons: made pretty cheap. feels very weak or fragile. I have had no problems, but it feels weak.
Other: a bit cheap feeling but so far these work great. The cheapest, best charger i could find for the 18650 batteries.
