Pros: - Great video quality in the day
- Decent video quality at night
- Surprisingly good audio quality
- Lots of accessories and holders
- Waterproof case (I just did a scuba dive to 96 feet and the case didn't leak a single drop)
- Suction cup holds very well
- Lots of programmable settings

Cons: - Doesn't come with a memory card
- Narrow-angle (Not wide-angle)
- Can't use any of the holders when it's in the case
- When plugging in USB, have to use the menu to choose Data before you can grab stuff and put it on the computer.
- Doesn't charge unless you choose charge from the menu when plugging in
- To put it in a holder, you snap a piece on to the camera and then that piece attaches (not very well) to the desired holder
- Always goes back to HD video mode when you turn it off (Doesn't stay in photo mode for instance)
The only huge con in my opinion is not being able to use waterproof case in the holders

Other: Great camera for the price with good quality video. Pretty easy to use and you can probably trust the case to really be waterproof!

Pros: - Nice build quality, seems that it will work a long time - Easy to use for 1st time without manual. A lot of intuitive settings in menu - Good video quality at light daytime - Excellent number of accsessories

Cons: - Poor video quality at nighttime - I planned to use it with my motobike, but the picture is not steady - Impossible to use holders when camera is in case - No SD card

Other: If you're planning to use it with motobike try to look for some other model with professional image stabilizer, but it a very good camera for car.
