2.3" LCD Handheld Computer Barcode Scanner/Reader (2 x AA)

Pros: Good build. Comfortably in the hand. Easy. Excellent reads the barcode.

Cons: Scanner menu in Chinese. User Guide in Chinese. No selection English language menu.

Other: Would be a great tool if it was English menu

Pros: The menu is in English in most part. The tool is easy to use without an instruction even. This scanner can works offline and online. It knows barcodes of several types. It can show what is the type of barcode was read. The scanner can show the real battery voltage. The scanner can use batteries even if voltage level is not sufficient for some another device. The scanner permits to enter symbols in manual mode instead of barcode scanning. The scanner permits to enter a quantity of some item. The batteries AA-type are common, you can use new batteries or rechargeable batteries. And you do not need to wait when a scanner needs to charge build-in batteries.

Cons: The scanner needs two AA batteries. It cannot work without batteries. The scanner cannot work online when it is connected to a computer with a data cable. Chinese manual is not easy to read, there is no a translation. Some menu is in Chinese. There is a way to update the internal program, but I do not know, where should I get a new software. And I has no an instruction how to change/create a new software for the scanner.
