Pros: * It does increase my wifi-range. * The stand have very strong magnets. You can place it vertically on your refrigerator or similar surfaces. (Keep it away from your harddrives!) * The cable is ~3 meters. * A great price for a good antenna.
Cons: * The thread was broken when I was going to screw on the antenna. I dont understand why someone make a plastic thread... The stand had a metal "bolt". At first I didn't get the antenna on properly because of the broken thread, but the next day I used a tool to force it on and I found 10 wifi-networks instead of 4.
Other: This is really a good antenna for a great price. It's very big and you will pickup most wifi-networks around your home. Buy it.

Pros: It's a good antenna, and it's HUGE its like 44,5cm and 47cm with stand, looks cool behind your computer. It just works, good signal, no problems with it. I receive more networks than with my directional antenna.
Cons: None really, the cable is a little short but that isn't really a con, longer cable means signal loss.
Other: Does where it's made for, and that for like 10 euro's, I'd say buy it.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: It is worth noting that the price is very good. The device is worth its money.
Cons: I bought this because I am interested in antenu claimed increased in 16 dBi. In fact signal a lot less. Compared with d-link antenna gain at 7 dBi.
Other: Antenna is worth its money. Be sure to buy it!

Pros: - good range - strong - magnet also real realy strong - need's a strong wifi card to work properly wich is good indeed - it's to big, though in the shop from sitecom they are this big to sitecom is a brand xD so that made it good for me! :D
Cons: none except that the cable is or too long or too fragile. or both :P both I think
Other: It's good for this money! buy!!! buy!! realy I mean it! do it now! buy 3!
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: - Higher gain that with a stock antenna. - Good price - Easy to deploy
Cons: - Not a big improvement from a 9 dBi antenna. - Base and cable increase signal loosing. - If your device is not heavy and you attach the antenna directly to your device, you will have a stability problem
Other: There are cheaper antennas with lower gain but you will get the same effect. At this moment I'm using a 9dBi for my wifi router.

Pros: Maybe this is better for reception antenna connected directly to the PC than for transmission, connected to a router or access point.
Cons: This antenna is no better than the original antenna of a router
Other: If you want to increase the wireless signal, try to take a wifi repeater. Antenna or an amplifier, amplifies the signal with the transmission noise.

Pros: I was surprised to find they had more signal than my other 8-11dBi antennas. Screwing them directly into the router/wifi adapter obviously is ideal but I use the longer cable to try and get hight and light-of-sight via a window to my double-brick office about 30 meters from the router.
Cons: Signal loss for the long cable is a minor problem.
*I tried them with a few different bases and cables and there was not much difference. Personally, I wouldn't bother with the extra 2-3 SNR the better cable and base. I prefer to try and move them about and get the best signal via height and line-of-sight.
Other: Works for me, and worth a try if your having signal problems.
Just be sure not to place them close together, it seems to lower their signal. They work best spread out slightly.

Pros: - good quality materials, both the antenna and the cable/pigtail. - Comes with magnets and small holes to be held on the wall
Cons: None, is more than expected. Maybe it can come with small screws and wall adapters.
Other: Definitly worth the price.

Pros: Wow... this antenna is huge! I am using this with a wifi IP camera. Seems to be working great... after a quick mod which is mentioned below in CONs. Base has a fairly strong magnet but this antenna is best mounted directly up or down. Mine is mounted on a the ceiling and hanging straight down... works great with no issues after fix.
Cons: Ok, the antenna seems to work great. I did not have very good results with original base and coax. I could not get the thing to work any better than a much smaller antenna. I suspect that the small coax in such a long length has pretty great loss at 2.4GHz. I shortened up the coax and re-soldered it to the base and WHA-LA... it works GREAT. Was an easy fix and now it is well worth the money.
Other: A great product for the price, but I highly recommend you be ready to modify/shorten the coax length of the base if you will be using the base. Overall, a good product once it was modified for my use! This thing is long so don't be surprised when you get it!

Pros: the price was a very nice deal.when i got this producyt i notice two holes that it cal hang on the wall. too i notice on the bottom of the stand there is two magnets inserts so u can still to a metal object. and the cable is a nice lenght, comes with a nice lenght of cable 300 cm. pakaged well, i noticd that there was no stables around it , easy to get out of the package. nice long antenna and it comes with a elbow joint and it improve singal strenght.
Cons: i would enjoy if it had a longer cable. and where i live in a old house with let paint on the walls it dambers the signal.
Other: if you want a stronger singal , this is a great price to buy . i really like the price
