2.4GHz Wireless 2.4" LCD Digital Baby Monitor with Night Vision Surveillance Camera

Pros: Very strong signal anywhere in my house, when I put the camera on the second floor, and I have full signal in my basement.
Good picture quality, video is smooth and clear, night vision is gray scale but pretty clear.
Sound quality is good, very low background noise level, I like the two way talk feature.
The VOX (monitor activated by motion/sound) feature works great, so when there is no movement or sound detected, the monitor will turn itself off, and you can select the sensitivity level (Low or High)

Cons: The build of the monitor is okay but not very solid, the clip/stand on the back of the monitor became loose after few use.
The manual is overall okay but it doesn't cover all features in the menu.

Other: Works great as a baby monitor, doesn't have the annoying background noise from those analog baby monitors, picture quality is good, signal is strong, night vision works fine.
But don't expect it will last for ever.

Pros: The image quality of LCD is stunning in color and with night vision you can see a great distance in b & w.
Good building material, is credibility, comes in a well packed box.
The standby function is great for turning off the receiver while waiting for a sound, without being bothered in sleep.
Can be added up to 4 cameras.
The price is amazing! Here in Brazil this set is near US$ 500.

Cons: The sensitivity of the standby mode is too exaggerated. With a high flow air conditioning, standby mode can not be activated.
The sound of the speeker in the camera is to low, you can not understand some words if have some noise in the room.

Other: I bought and would buy again if needed.

Pros: Good and clear picture. Big and clear monitor.
Perfect night vision.
Intuitive buttons.
Fast enough picture refresh rate.
Wireless is fine - good range and no problems at all (I have other 2,4Ghz devices)
Plastic is ok, not so cheep like other products I ordered from the site.

Cons: The AC plugs of the adaptors are flat and I need round AC plugs. There is no flat to round power plug convertor - this is not so expensive and can be included in the package.

3. Good wireless range ~15 ?. If distance is longer -- frame rate is slow down and monitor loss the camera.
4. Up to 4 cameras may be used with one monitor.
5. Monitor may be connected to AV DVR.
6. Good operated at night (w/o light). IR -- invisible.
7. Good operated in low temperature conditions (I used at -10-15?, and tested at -30C -- operate very well).
8. VOX mode -- usable.
9. AAA accu in camera.

Cons: 1. Small size of LCD.
2. Price may be low.
3. Flat power plug (no adapter include).
4. Hard to disassemble of monitor (f.e. accu replacement).
5. Out of box: BAD focus adjust -- image very blur.
6. Quality of voice from monitor to camera -- not very good.

Other: Recommended to buy. Good product with good price.

Pros: The quality of the video is very good. The camera is good and so is the screen on the receiver. Night vision also works very well. Set up is very easy. Just turn on the receiver and camera and sync with one operation. I did not even have to sync the camera, the receiver found it by itself. Up to 4 cameras can be synced to the receiver (for those how want to watch their babies in various angles :)

Cons: The sound is not very good. The camera sends only a weak signal so you have to turn up the sound on the receiver. Sometimes this causes white-noise which can be tiresome to listen for long periods of time. The built-in battery on the receiver is not good, it only lasts for a approx 3 hours unless plugged in.

Other: Before you buy this product you should consider if you are going to use it plugged in or wireless. Short battery life can limit the usability but if you´re just going to use it plugged in it´s worth the purchase

Pros: Really good product, very easy to use and everything is in accordance with the available spec. CAM unit works very well, good image and the receiver is also nice. The image is a little bit small but the transmission quality is fine, I tested distances like 10m (with walls) without problems. I fully recommend this product.

Cons: No cons at all. Everything works as promised. A similar one in Brazil would cost 2 or 3 times more.

Other: Maybe it could have internal recheargeable battery.

Pros: Good image, even in night vision. Range is good for indoor use, I use it with two brick walls between the camera and receiver. Very small, easy to set up anywhere, the camera is very easy to aim. Sound detect mode works just fine.

Cons: Noise, so much noise... You have to be very careful with the camera microphone, it goes nuts if I leave something very close, even a blanket or a pillow near it causes microphony. Use the sound detect mode in a very low sensitivity so it only senses the baby. Battery life is limited, have to use it plugged.

Other: In Brazil this type of gear with color camera costs no less than U$300. For me it was a perfect deal so far.

Pros: This is the second baby monitor I bought from here. First one broke after 1 month, this has been working for more than 10 months now. The other one was interfering with the wireless network at home. We had to turn off the internet in order to see the baby. But this one works great without any interference.

Cons: Performance degrades when the batteries are not completely full. So we use the camera connected to the power all the times. Speaker on the camera unit can scare the baby when you talk thru it.

Other: This unit works without interfering with the wireless networks.
