Pros: The price is quite low. Viewing angle is really wide, sufficient to observe traffic situation. Lens works fine even towards the Sun. Automatic start/stop feature works perfectly.

Cons: Low resolutions. It's not 640x480, it's much lower. I think about 320x240 is more likely value. The size of device is rather big, I thought it's a little smaller. Sucker mount doesn't sucks at all, so it is completely unusable.

Other: If you need a cheep car DVR, this item is not a bad choice. But you must construct your own mount, because enclosed mount doesn't work.

Pros: - 120 degrees lens;
- 5V cable is ~3 meters length. it's enough to hide cable in a gap around windshield;
- LCD has good angles of view;
- thumbnails view of recorded movies;
- it can play forward or backward in playback mode;

Cons: - does not have fast rewind in playback mode;
- it's fast to detach DVR, but not fast to mount it back to the same position and angle;
- file transfer via USB cable incredible slow;
- video quality is poor, especially at night;

Other: it has Russian language but font is ugly, I'm using English

Other: Can buy for basic needs. For photograph quality, go for something better.

Pros: Low price Auto on-off or motion sensing mode Auto cycling of memory write (erase old files for new files to be written) LCD is off when started, only on when you flip it open (compared to SKU 35356 which is on even when not flipped open. Only turns off when you flip it open and then close it). Sufficiently clear video to show sequence of events, but not enough to see all license plates. Passable night video capability (only on brightly lit roads) Allows 3 choices of recording length, 2/5/15 min. Records audio too. Wide angle (120deg).

Cons: Not very good video quality, can only see license plate when vehicle is right in front. Tends to get blinded by sun glare easily, esp when sun is lower. Bundled holder joints tends to get looser with time. Gotta keep tightening. When card is full, erasing of files takes time. Larger files take longer time, 15min files can take 30 sec or more. 2 min files takes about 4 sec. Hence in memory cycling mode, there is a gap of at least 4 sec between files (in 2 min file size mode)

Other: Gotta be realistic at this price level. Video is good for showing what happened, but some finer details will be lost. Lots of good useful features like auto-cycling of memory, auto on/off, motion sensing, etc. Basically a 'install and forget' device. Once configured and installed, needs no further attention. Useful for accident investigation and recording road trips.

Pros: * Starts recording automatically when power is applied.
* Continous recording(altough few seconds break between vids)
* Great price
* Not the best quality, but this still very good product!

Cons: * Window suction-holder looses in few days, not usefull. Had to make my own holders.
* Few seconds break between videos even with Class 10 SD-card

Other: Very usefull device, if you want add security to youre daily driving.
I recommend this product to everyone who needs DVR for vehicles.
Oh, and don't use Class 4 SD-cards, they seem to be too slow. Use Class 6 or Class 10!

Pros: If set up properly, you don't have to even think about it. It just does it's job.

Cons: Because of the nature of the product starting automatically when receiving power (via the power outlet in the dash of you car). It's mostly useful if you do one out of two things: 1: Take the time to hide the cable so that you dash still looks proper without any extra thirdparty cable hanging around. 2: Just get over it and deal with the fact that you have a ugly cable taking up you power outlet. If you rely on the battery, you need to manually start it every drive, I doubt anyone in a hurry does that.

Other: If you're OK with a cable from you power outlet to the camera, go for it. It you're not OK with the cable, and have time and skill to hide it: go for it. If you think you're going to only charge it, and manually start/stop the camera for every drive because you're using the cameras charged battery instead of the powersource that auto starts/stops the camera: Forget it.

Pros: it is very easy to mount, setup and work the options (didnt have to read the manual at all). when connected to the lighter, it starts right away when receives power (and starts recording within 15-20 sec). long power cable allowed me to mount it and have the cable go all around the car. nice wide angle - it gets on screen the whole view.

Cons: at night, on the highest resolution, still cannot see the license plate on the car in front of me. doesnt have any IR leds so it shoots crappy at night. mounted it on the windshield. had to reset the device twice because it got overheated from direct sunlight and stopped working until it cooled off. had to re position it to a cooler position.

Other: buy it. it may one time save you in case of an accident or someone jumps on the road.

Pros: This is what I was looking for. It has all the features that are mentioned in site - Continuous recording, Auto recording on power on, Date-time stamp, still image, playback, etc. Just connect to computer and the card is detected automatically. One may move the images to computer.

Cons: Number plate can be read only if car is just in-front of camera.

Other: For a long time, was looking for a product like this. My recommendation - A must purchase.

Pros: Amazing features for such a cheap price Quality is pretty good can record over old videos has on screen display of time/speed/etc automatically shuts off and turns on with the car if you are using the lighter socket. quality is 640x480ish

Cons: cord a little flimsy so if you touch it might turn off can't read license plates but what do you want for 30 bucks. not really a big con.

Other: Amazing product, you can't get better. I've seen ones with the same quality for nearly hundreds of dollars. This thing rocks.

Pros: great camera, great price, great resolution, large capacity TF card and is very recommended if is your first dvr cam and help you to self protect if you have a collision and the other person escape.

Cons: the parcel not arrived in good state, not have light and this es need if you drive at the night

Other: maybe could have spanish language and TF card could be include. but this product is the better in relation price quailty, purchase this and test it
