DT-9205A 2.8" LCD Current/Voltage/Capacitance/Resistance Digital Multimeter (1*6F22)

Pros: Bought two of these. Both work out-of-box, batteries are alive. Multimeter is similar to Xiole DT9205A (sku.619) but seems to have different and maybe slightly better test leads (sold separately as sku.6518) 73cm length. Size not small but is ok for my hands, it is more compact than Fluke 87. Results are not always accurate. Measured AAA battery voltage, Fluke 87 shows 1.400V, dt9205a measured 1.396V with 0..2V range selected, which is very close to Fluke, but only 1.38V with 0..20V range, which is worse but not a cons for such price. - it's cheap; - large possibility and wide range; - build quality is decent. i've disassembled mine, soldering quality is also good, only removed excessive flux around chips; - auto power off works (but not with all measuring limits, flashing "-" sign and changing "0"/"-0" resets off timer);

Cons: - seems to have too high internal resistance, not accurate when measuring current over 200mA in low voltage circuits; - chinese manual only, but i've downloaded an english one.

Other: Cheap entry level multimeter. I can recommend it for home use. Really worth its price.

Cons: Very inaccurate when it comes to current.
You have to switch the leads between current and voltage.
No English manual

Pros: It's small, it is ok for my hands, it is more compact than others. Results are accurate. it's very cheap; large possibility and wide range; build quality is good. auto power off works.

Cons: Very inaccurate when it comes to current. No English manual short leads. - chinese manual only.

Other: Very useful for home jobs or another kind of domestic or SOHO pourposes. Cheap entry level multimeter. I can recommend it for home use. Really worth its price.

During use, did not raise any problems! Everything is super!

Cons: Of the downsides are the lack of detailed instructions on Anliyskogo language and not very convenient probes. And so, all just great all advise!
I think better on the DX for ei dngi not be found.

Pros: - The price is nice for the product. - The functions. For this price, this has so many functions, very useful for lab classes, hobbyst and home use. - Has hFE, you can measure gain of transistors. - It has capacitance measure, a feature that is not easy to find for this price.

Cons: - The build quality is not so good. - The probes are not good. Buy other probes, like SKU 33451 if you pretend a day use, for ocasional use, this is not a problem. - Come with a chinese manual. Could have a english manual. - The NPN and PNP sockets were inverted in mine.

Other: For a general use multimeter, I recommend you to buy this product. It is not professional, I think is not TRUE RMS, but for hobbies, eletronic, It does the job. Today, we cannot live without a multimeter at home.

Pros: As I said... the cheapest multimeter I could find. A similar one, here in Brazil, would cost almost five times more. I bought it for residencial use only and works perfectly. The display numbers are bold enough that I don't need to wear my reading glasses and the readings (did some mesures), are correct for my needs.

Cons: The probes are not the best. As someone said before, probes like SKU 33451 are better suited for a daily use. I think the biggest con is the chinese manual. A english manual would be way better..

Other: It's a general use multimeter with I price hardly beaten.

Pros: Seems like quite ok build. Though I haven't used it much yet. Many functions, and cheap....

Cons: The leads/pins are quite poor quality, so I suggest to buy better ones when ordering the device....

Cons: The the cables and plugs are poor. Not adapted for frequent use. Ok for occasional use

Other: Perfect for occasional use. FOr this price it is possible to buy more than one and have it always around you
