2.8mm~16mm Fixed IRIS Lens Set for Webcams and Security/CCTV Cameras (6-Lens Pack)

Pros: 6 different objetives for a nice price!
Very well constructed, black anodized and well threaded metal body.
Nice plastic cap.
All them shows really wide clear aperture, in the order of 10-18mm. This make your webcam more sensitive, working better under hard lighting conditions.
2.8 is a real fishEye!

Cons: The recess is too thin to handle with my thick fingers, so is better to handle them with the cap on, and get the cap off only when the objective is in place, but you surely need to clean it after focused.

Other: I miss some more longhly, in the 26-30mm range.
Woul be nice to have a stand to hold all them.
You need a fiber cloth and isopropylic alcohol to clean them after touched.

Pros: The lens are pretty good, free from major defects and live up to their descriptions. You get 6 of them although only two or three will likely be of interest to most people.

Cons: Very easy to touch the lens accidentally. Very difficult to get the finger grease off once you have touched it.

Other: Rather neat. Fits most of my webcams/regular cams. Good fun to mess with the fish eye lens.

Pros: Nice set of lenses in nice set of different focal lengths. Used the 12mm lens on a webcam pointing on a birdhouse in the garden.

Cons: There are no infrared filters on those lenses. I was lucky and was able te remove the infrared filter of the original lens. I used sticky tape to attach it to the 12 mm lens.

Other: Great lenses, but if you're webcam has its infrared filter attached to the original lens, you're webcam is almost useless with one of this lenses. But if you are able to use the original infrared filter, or the infrared filter is attached to the CCD, this are all the lenses you will ever need for you're webcam.

Pros: These lens are great to modify what your camera can see. I put the 2.8mm on SKU 17779 to make it able to see the face & chest of someone at the door, instead of the just seeing a little of their chest.
I also could get the 2.8mm, 3.6mm and the 6mm lens to work, the others would not bring me in focus (maybe if the subject was further away, but that defeats my purpose).

Cons: The lens do not come with IR filters. If your camera has a night-time vision, then it will automatically switch to that and it will work fine in B&W mode.
The labels on the caps can easily fall off.

Other: If you want lens, these are cheap, anywhere else you are likely to spend the same amount for just one. Get them!

Pros: Good build quality Very well priced Image quality is good for the monet

Cons: No Infra Red filter Minimal packaging Can be tricky to install correctly

Other: Forget it or fit a filter...

Pros: Great lens if you have a webcam that fits these lenses. I bought this for the fish eye, and the picture quality is great, mount is clean and neat, fits well. Can't find a normal webcam with telephoto or fisheye these do this for you.

Cons: No cons. - can be tiresome changing lenses though. maybe a webcam with a rotating set of lenses could be interesting.

Other: Great web cam accessory. I would have bought the single lens if it was better value for money.

Pros: - well price - good build quality (for the price) - whole assortment of lenses (from wide to zoom)

Cons: - no IR filter - no markings on the lenses themselves (yes, I know, even others don't have them)

Other: If you have a camera that uses that mount, you should get those.

Pros: Strong plastic plastic screw Cover for every lens The long screw allows you manage the focus Works great on meny webcams and security cams

Cons: I found no cons on these item

Other: It's a nice product. Recommend be sure what type of thread team, if not the same threading light may enter to the camera sensor and this diminishes the quality.

Pros: IR sensitive and fit on almost any inexpensive module/camera. Together with a SONY CCD HAD2 700 line module these are great for overnight surveilance with a minimal of noise. For people that do not know: 16mm means objects are becomming closer to you, 2,8mm is a wide angle lens.

Other: Inexpensive and good!

Pros: Great set of lenses, sturdy, comes with a cover for every lens.

Cons: No cons.

Other: Great product at a great price! Highly recommended.
