2000mW High Power 802.11a/b/g USB Wireless Network Dongle with 10dBi Antenna

Pros: - This card does support injection i had no problems doing 500pps with out patches
- It is Realtek 8187
- monitoring worked really well
- it comes with a nice 4' or so usb cable

Cons: - The antenna it comes with is really bad
- Despite the description and the box according to windows and linux drivers it's only b/g (no n)
- It's a tad bulky

Other: Even if it's only 1W b/g this is still a really nice card for the price. I have no regrets for getting it as I got sku 37185 at the same time. If you don't have an antenna that will work with this sitting around get one at the same time or you'll be sorry.

and tested the program and it works perfect beini, take the wireless chip without problems.
The drivers come in Chinese, but are also easy instalacion.y trak brings back the wireless.
all very well and also well with installation instructions, but only in Chinese.

Cons: Instructions in Chinese, could put operating instructions in other languages.

Other: for me one of the best wireless, and had that great product of china.un cheap and affordable, buys most of these wireles, I recommend.

Pros: so, where to start... let's make a simple list:
1. well built item
2. it works very well (better with another antenna)
3. easy installation
4. just standard antenna
5. true RTL8187L chip set
6. inject works
7. can work also with draft-N (update drv from RTL website)
8. with a decent directional antenna this dongle rocks!

Cons: and here for the cons list:
1. the antenna is too BIG and this doesn't mean performance, you need another one because this is just a regular/normal antenna (I suggest sku.37185)
2. CD (2) are useless, or better you can install the driver from the 2nd CD (miniCD) but soon you have to update from RTL website
3. no other thoughts, perhaps it could be a bit cheaper

Other: you get 2 CD (one is miniCD), you need just the 2nd one (miniCD) for driver installation
even if written in Chinese it's easy to understand OS name (Vista/XP/etc...)
with any other "normal" usb pendrive or internal laptop wifi I was able at home to reach 4-5 wifi networks (all encrypted), with this usb dongle I'm able to reach at least the double & above all the signal is stronger (not so much but definitively stronger)
anyway changing the antenna with something more serious (for ex a directional 8-10dbi antenna) the dongle really rocks! I get about 10-15 networks, some of them are opened :)

Pros: * Realtek 8187 chipset * Packages injection works fine * Perfect for aircrack * Easy installation * Price is good. Cant find simular product local to the same low price.

Cons: * Antenna could be better, its big, but useless. Replace it with better omni-directional antenna. * I doubt it delivers 2W, but its true a high power dongle. * The following CD's contains drivers and Backtrack. But its better to just download the latest version instead.

Other: If you are interested to learn cracking encrypted wifi networks, this product should do the work quite good.

Pros: Realtek 8187 chipset wich meens compatable for war driveing. And best of all this can be set to jap standereds wich alow 14 channels as in the us buy law thare is only 11 and un the uk 13 so if you have a china roughter that can use channel 14 and you use this you dount have to worry abought secering your network. also this think is way over the legal limit for watage in most places. Let me tell you it is great vary high gain. But this not the cheaper models and if you have spotty reception whare you are buy the yaga antenna for it.

Cons: Is nun this is great and is my secend one for at home use with nmy buyquad.

Other: Great buy orth the money.

Pros: Super awesomely powerful adaptor. Amazing. Extremely impressed with this thing. Didn't require any driver installation on Ubuntu - the aircrack-ng suite worked no worries. No driver installation under windows 7 either. Small enough to put in my pocket or netbook bag, so I can pick up wireless wherever I am.

Cons: The antenna isn't great. Definitely NOT 10dbi. Though I think I had a little better luck with mine than most other people. Mine certainly works, however only around as good as the 2-3dbi ones that come with routers. I'm not really phased, as i'd already read the reviews about the shocking antenna.

Other: As long as you're not counting on the antenna being 10dbi, this is a completely awesome product. Add a good directional antenna to it to pick up free internet from a distance!

Pros: Very good catches access point. I got access to 4 access points that were close by.
Aircrack-ng works without any problems with this device.
I try to drive in car with my netbook, SKU 37185 and this modem. I freely use internet everywhere!

Cons: General antenna is too big.

Other: Buy if you want REALLY strong WI-FI modem.
This is the best WI-FI modem that i seen. All my friends have bought this modem too.

Pros: I also have a genuine afla 36 of 1000mW and made some tests comparing to that. I noticed that this adapter has some kind of filter. Does not show up all the acces points but only the ones that can really connect.

Cons: Its not 2000mW in linux i cannot set it to 2000mW only 1000mW ( For those who dont know how enter: iw reg set BO and then enter iwconfig wlan0 txpower 1000mW in some cases the wlan0 might be wlan1 if you already have an integrated wifi in your laptop. ) I saw some blogs that wrote it realy is 2000mW but for me it does not alow to set it :( And also the antenna is not 10 DBI its only 4-5 DBI compared to a genuine alfa 5 dbi antenna it has a little bit less reception so i think 4 DBI would be the real.

Other: Its almost the same as the genuine alfa 36 of 1 watt. And if you have a look at the price. This adapter ROCKS :) Almost same ecept the antenna that is 4 dBi real and the alfa has 5 dBi but almost same thing. And almost free price :)

Pros: Great article and good price, carries the Realtek RTL8187L chip that supports monitor mode is perfect for wep password cracking, and comes with CD BT 3 and 4 with very easy to use instructions.

Cons: It has no power 2000mW as indicated by the manufacturer, I have tried other with 1000 mw and have a similar capacity, the antenna is very large and small have the same performance, but the price for this item is very good.

Other: Good buy, recommended to all, I have bought several units and all in excellent condition with no complaints, thank you for an item DX successful.
