Pros: Great optics to change the beam on a small flashlight from flood to spot by changing the distance between the optics and the LED. No reflector required.

Cons: Not a very smooth surface with many spots on the lens surface. Fine for flashlight use, but I am used to the surface quality of camera lenses.

Other: If you need a aspherical lens for a small flashlight then buy this lens/optics.

Pros: Good solid glass lens, were all received with no damage and were all the same shape.

Cons: If your plan is to use this for a zoom flashlight there will be issues. The lens provides a large, very large spot when close to the led, but does not give a good zoom focus effect. To replicate the tight spot effect of other flashlights the lens must be mover too far from the led.

Other: If you want a large flood light effect for flashlight then this is a good lens, but the angle is too wide for anything else.
