25mm Plastic Reflector for LED Flashlights and Lighting Devices (5-Pack)

Pros: Gives almost perfect spot probably because of the good surface. Simple geometric measures (spot's diameter/distance) give very close result to 15° for the center spot so this is correct.

Cons: Three small holes on the reflective surface in opposite to the legs where the plastic has shrunk after cooling. The emitter is a bit loose in the hole which creates a dark zone and causes the spot to twist so you need to find the exact position. The bottom fits the emiter down to its leads but there remains about 0.5 mm gap between the heatsink and the 3 legs. Difficult to find so tiny screws but an old plastic toy (made in China) had some of that.

Other: That's it if you need a real spotlight on your workbench.

Pros: +Cheap reflectors +Fitted some of my bought flashlights +soft plastic, easy to shape and cut +almost perfect reflection +got screw holes both in the front and back (small screws are needed)

Cons: -soft plastic is easy to scratch when handling -diameter does not fit standard sizes of PVC tubes and similar

Other: If you need reflectors I can reccomend these. Cheap and effective with good reflection surface.

Pros: It's plastic, so if the size isn't exactly right, you can hack away at it, sand it down, until it fits precisely where you want it to. Fits cree LEDs. Good for converting maybe an old incandescent flashlight.

Cons: The paint job isn't the greatest. Because it's plastic, you're stuck with only a decent reflector. An "OP" surface option would be cool.

Other: With 5 of these to play around with, it's not a bad deal at all, but you're not going to get the most out of your LEDs with these reflectors. Explore the many options of DX.
