ET-981 3.0" LCD Handheld Digital Multimeter (Voltage + Current + Resistance /1*6F22 9V)

Pros: Minipa brand is a well known one. It has factorys in Brazil (the original one) and China. In Uruguay it has a good reputation. This model is a good choice for an electronics student. When using it, you can see the difference with a cheap one. Y sincerily recommend it.

Cons: The only cons I can see, is that it is not so complete or precise as other models, but it is not a real con. You can buy better ones within the brand, but with another prices...All deppends on what you need exactly.

Other: In other words: if it has what you need, buy it without doubt. Is a very good quality multimeter, with a good price/quality ralation.

Pros: -The multimeter seems pretty accurate. I compared it with two others models way more expensive and the mesure we're comparable. -The test leeds look pretty thought and from a good quality. -Comes with a small case which is really useful for transportation.

Cons: -Don't blow your fuse because you have to unscrew about 15 screws to reach it.

Other: Cheap, easy to use, works great. That's what we all want from a product! Recommended.

Pros: Very nice multimeter. Numbers on a display are large, and can be seen from long distance. Also, the display has background light which works really well.

Cons: he only con that I can think of is that the wires which are connected to battery connector are too short, and it is rather difficult to connect the battery. Also, the battery that I received was empty, so I had to buy a new one.

Other: For the price, this is an excellent multimeter. I am using it as my primary multimeter now.
