Pros: Great priced unit, easy to put together. Works with some Seagate Sata drives that i have that seem to give some other cheap cases bought elsewhere some trouble.

Cons: minor, but only shipped with US power cable, good thing it's just a standard PC power cable, so easy to get a replacement.

Other: Not the best looking or best built case but great for the money and suits my intended purpose of using spare hard drives as backup.

Pros: - Cheap - Easy to install drive in - Works as expected

Cons: - Will probably get quite hot

Other: Worked perfect with a drive that kept failing in a more expensive case.

Pros: - Relatively small compared to similar enclosures. - Supports both PATA and SATA, both power connectors included. - Cheap - Just as fast and stable as my OneTouch drive. - Nice to have an on/off switch

Cons: - No fan, no airflow
- Big power brick

Other: The enclosure is aluminum and the drive screws into it so a lot of heat is dissipated by contact.

Pros: Plug and play in Windows XP Great price Very Fast via USB2 Excellent function with access light and ability for IDE drives.

Cons: A touch cramped in the case for the cables.
Power connector to unit isnt very tight.
Supplied with foreign powercable.

Other: Wonderful price and item far outweighs any negative points.

Having had problems with SATA drives in the past on my motherboard, this has worked perfectly with the three drives i have, and with it being USB2, its very fast.

Add to that the ability to use IDE drives as well and this is just an essential piece of kit for any PC owner!

Pros: Ótimo produto, muito bem acabado, de fácil instalação e boa taxa de transferência de dados. Superou minhas espectativas.

Cons: Por não ter cooler, aquece um pouco com a utilização prolongada porém, por ser de alumínio, o calor é facilmente discipado. Mesmo assim recomendo que procure um produto com cooler.

Other: Ótimo preço, excelente custo-benefício, produto equivalente no Brasil não sai por menos de R$80,00.

Pros: Great product finishing with very good and easy installation. Good speed of data transmission, power cables, monitors and usb. to be made up of aluminum, heat is easily dispelled after use.

Cons: has no cooler, so much warmer when used for long periods of time. If you want to constantly use the external hd is better to buy a enclouser with cooler.

Other: excellent cost benefit. similar products are not found for less than $50.00

Pros: Bought this case in order to remove my second harddrive from my computer to use less power and to make less heat.
The drive is used for backup and once a fortnight I go round the family computer to backup everyone's data.
It was easy to assemble once I gave up trying to screw the the second side of the HDD to the enclosure.
It seems solid, I wouldn't throw it around but it protects the fragile parts of the harddrive.
IDE and SATA support.

Cons: I only managed to screw one side of the harddrive to the case (not that it matters much, since it is held fairly firmly in place)
The power converter and the case get hot if used for longer than 45 minutes at a time but it cools down soon enough.

Other: Excellent price, I'd been looking for a 3.5 inch drive enclosure for a while and had found nothing under 50$
It works fine, and at current usage (not more than an hour at a time) it doesn't drastically overheat despite not having a fan.

Pros: Muy buena calidad del producto, el material con que esta hecho es doble, casi no calienta, algo que me parece muy bueno es que tiene rosca metalica para atornillar la parte de plastico con el metal, lo cual hace que dure mucho mas sin perder agarre.

Cons: Lo unico que le veo de malo es que el espacio que queda es muy chico, hay que doblar los cables para que no se vayan a quedar atrapado e incluso cortarse.

Other: Si quitamos el detalle del cable de poder, excelente producto.

Pros: This is Perfect! It supports both ATA and SATA.
There is ATA and a SATA connector inside, and there is also 2 powerconnectors. One of the old type for ATA and a new SATA type powerconnector.
Everything is included in this product.
You get the box, a screwdriver, screws (for mounting the harddrive in the box), USB cabel, Powersupply, and a powercabel.
If the powercable doesn't fit your contry, you just find one from your old computer or something.

Cons: It is a little hard to close the box when all the connectors and a harddrive is inside.
But it OK, it is a little price to pay for all the functionality of this product

Other: I would buy more (and more and more ect.)

Pros: Definitely what was needed; my brother had an extra drive after adding new candy to his machine and didn't want it to go to waste. And so it didn't: this new casing is its new home.

Cons: Nothing to report. Has has it for over a month and definitely isn't a buy to regret. Could use other colours though, but that's just my opinion.

Other: Wonderful buy, how could you go wrong? Everywhere else it's pretty pricey just to get a proper fit for your extra HDs, so this is definitely something you don't have to think twice about.
