Pros: the cable is compact and it rolls up neat.
You can chuck one in your bag, or pencil case, and always have one with you

Cons: The flat, thin, non-shielded cable could pickup noise easily from mobile phones, and other EMF around the house. if using it, i recomend keeping it as far away from phones and mains power leads & transformers to reduce the chance of picking up noise

Other: buy it if you need something to plug your mp3 player into something with 3.5mm inputs

Pros: - Cheap and affordable. - Small which will save you space and allow you to easily store the unit. - No mess of long wires everywhere.

Cons: - Quite easy to break by accidentally pulling the cord out too much and breaking the mechanisms to retract the cord. - A little expensive. - Could be of better quality.

Other: This is a nifty little unit that has served me well until I accidentally pulled on the cord too much and broke the retracting mechanism of the device. It could be a little cheaper but other then that it's a great unit.

Pros: Compact when you need space, and long when you need distance. I don't like when you store all you wire in the same box, when you need to take them, all the wire is twist and wou lose a lot of time.

Cons: Maybe a little cheap, be carefull with it because the wire is very slim. It's not the best sound-quality I know but you don't use it to a big sound system.

Other: It's not a proffesionnel quality but it's make the job and if you make caution with it, it's good for a long time

Pros: This is a very compact design. It defiantly beats coiling up a big bulky cable and carrying that around. The build quality is pretty good. It fit tightly into every port I have tried. I have only used it a couple of times, but it has not failed me yet. I used this cable in a pinch to play music from my Blackberry during a live performance for several hundred people and it worked like a charm. I have never had it jam or tangle. Mainly, it works, as you would expect it to!

Cons: It could be longer, but it does the job.

Other: Every now and then you will need to plug a phone or mp3 player into a computer, sound system, car stereo or something and this cable will to the trick.

Pros: Good price, comparing with other cable you may find on your city. Since it is retractable, the cable is flat and flexible making it harder to break like previous one I already bought. I tested it to plug the iPhone on the Aux connection in my car and the output was so clear as the cable that came with the original device. Since it's retractable, it's easy to keep without wrap.

Cons: It's for space saving use: the lenght and the retractable wheel may not be good for all devices.

Other: Some people may not know how to lock the retractable wheel. Pushing the cable to far may break the wheel just like computer mouses with the same technology.

Pros: - Good Quality - Good Price - Same price as most normal 3.5mm cables but without the size issues - Works well in my car stereo going to my Galaxy S, retractable means I can keep it coiled up mostly so it doesn't hang down over the cup holder or near the gearstick

Cons: - Retractable coil part a bit flimsy and might break after long term use

Other: Recommended, if you want a cheap audio cable to go in your bag or in the car, cheap to replace if they break, buy a few

Pros: - Really handy that it isn't a lang cable
- It's cheap
- Handy to carry with you
- Quality is good
- I use it in my car so it's doesn't take space to connect my ipod to my cars' speakers

Cons: none actually so far.
I am not always sure if the cable is strong enough to be pulled on all the time

Other: Handy and small cable what is very usefull for places where you don't have a lot of space.

Pros: This is very comparable to very high end adapters like this one! I have a rather expensive one like this in my truck, and it is no better than this one. I am very happy to see gold ends on this one as well.

Cons: There are no cons about this item that I can tell you about. It is everything you want, and more considering it has gold leads.

Other: Get it if you need it. Get it as a back up for one that you might have now. Also I need to add that there is no feedback noise from this item like there is on my $20.00 one that is in my truck.

Pros: Bought this to connect our mp3 player to the car's aux jack. We've had it for a year now and it has outlasted the mp3 player. Very conveniently lengthens to exactly as long as you want it, then zips back down again when you're done using it.

Cons: The rewinding "zip" mechanism isn't perfect. It's the same mechanism used in all rewinders of this type and may require a couple pulls before it retracts properly.

Other: For about the same price as a not-retractable cable, this is a terrific travel item.

Pros: Bought this item to connect my Nokia N82 with Spotify to the car, and it works just fine. Looks just as in the pictures, and the quality seems quite ok. Now I can play my Spotify music or listen to internetradios when when out driving.

Cons: Can't think of any at the moment. Maybe it looks a little bit cheap, but on the other hand it is not expensive. No other cons....

Other: If you need it you should buy it, no other thougths.
