  • Nioe cheap wide angle lens.

    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: Clear crisp image
    wide angle view
    works in my foscam clone (12mm mount)
    comes with a lens cap (outward side only)

    Cons: All very minor points:
    Hard to grip during focusing, could use some knurling.
    No markings on it to tell you the focal length / f rating. -- use a fine point paint pen to write it on the lens cap!
    No protective packaging (box or plastic case -- just in a little baggie).
    No lens cap for the back.

    Other: Does what it's supposed to, very cheap.
