Pros: The is a light weight and very sharp knife. Right out the the box, the blade was razor sharp. I've been using it daily for over a month and this knife is still extremely sharp. Most likely a benefit of the ceramic.

Cons: The only con is the packaging. T came in a large box, wrapped in plastic, then tapped, then wrapped in plastic then tapped again. it was a nuisance to get out.
Aside from that there aren't any cons to this unit. it functions as expected

Other: It's an excellent device at an excellent price. it's sharp out of the box and feels good in the hand. the silicon handle is firm and supportive

Pros: It is very high quality, the handle conforms to your hand very nicely. It is comfortable to handle and use and the handle is soft, very grippy rubber. It is ultra sharp and looks like it should be able to easily survive dishwashing or soaking in water where ordinary knives would rust. Ceramic knives never need sharpening and do not rust fruit or vegetable when cut. Great for apples or lettuce which would normally rust with a metal knife.

Cons: All ceramic knives have brittle blades so you must be careful and not try to chop something hard or bone. It is very sharp and you could easily cut yourself badly if you are not used to having sharp knives.

Other: buy it, maybe a couple in case you break it or to take with you on a picnic.

Pros: The knife is decent build quality and for us who needs it for cutting difficult stuff like for example tomatoes it's an excellent tool. The light weight and steady grip are a welcome addition.

Cons: When feeling the knife you'll note that it doesn't feel very sharp against finger if you compare to for example a freshly sharpen steel knife. As another reviewer said the packaging kind of sucks, it comes wrapped in layer upon layer of crap that you need to get away from the knife and the box to actually be able to use the knife.

Other: Good and light weight knife that suits well for precision work in food for the price given.
