Pros: What a great product for an amazingly low price
5 out of 5 for Quality. This is a well made little unit. A well known brand name unit costing more than 5 times the price of this item is no better in physical construction and only marginally better in the quality of the switch.
This is a very small item and suitable for applications other than just for your bicycle, it can be attached comfortably to your belt or backpack when walking or venturing onto busy roads (The clip built into the unit is solid and will hold very securely)
The reflector style lens diffuses the light a little giving a wider angle that it can be viewed from
Cons: The "refelector" style construction of the lens means that the LEDs lose some of their overall power and brightness, (this is why I have marked it down slightly in usefulness). There are brighter lights available from DX.
While the design of the clip ensures it will never fall off your bike / belt / bag, it can be difficult to get on sometimes as well (Pro or con, it's up to the user)
Other: While not the brightest, the small size and construction quality of this unit will give you real satisfaction at making a good value purchase. (Really for the price it is very hard to go wrong)

Pros: Seems like good build quality.
Has three red LEDs.
Has three operation modes:
1. Back and forth alternating blinking pattern.
2. All 3 blinking at the same time.
3. All 3 operating constantly.
Comes with 2 rubber inserts for better holding of the part you are securing the safety light to.
Cons: None that I can think of.
Other: I will recommend this to my friends.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Easy of use / Fácil de usar
Looks well built on the outside / Parece bien construido por fuera
Includes bike accesorie / Incluye accesorio para bicicleta
Also includes an "elastic band" to make the light waterproof or something / Tambien incluye una goma para hacer el sistema a prueba de agua o algo asi
Cons: Maybe expensive for what it is / Un poco caro para lo que es
Other: Recommended for cyclists, runners or just to go for a walk by night. Very bright.
Recomendado para ciclistas, corredores o simplemente para gente que pasee por la noche. Muy brillante.

Pros: -Small, compact (about 3cm wide and 6cm long) -Seems strong/sturdy and well designed -3x LED lights (not sure how bright) -Cheap initial cost -Light weight without batteries
Cons: -No battery included, not mentioned in description, going to add more to cost than light cost (around $5 AUD). -Uses 2x AAA batteries, so heavier than other lightweight LED lights. -Attachment to extra bike mount is flimsy and would probably fall out over a sharp bump. Doesn't matter to me though as I am planning to attach this to my backpack.
Other: Small, simple 3x LED rear/red light that would probably be good as a backup or secondary hazard light to attach to your bicycle, backpack, helmet etc. However as mentioned this takes 2x AAA batteries and they aren't included, so you have to be aware of this and factor it into the over all cost of ownership.

Pros: This is mostly a repeat of a generic and "one size fits all" review of the bike lights I have bought from DX. The main problem with this and most of the less expensive bike lights is that the straps to hold them are of plastic/rubber material which tend to break rather easily, and the nut and bold system for tightening the strap has the nut held by a depression in the band and the bold is only tightened enough with a lot of pressure. If the auxiliary piece of needs to be used inside of the main strap because of thin bars you are trying to attach the light to it is difficult to hold in place during installation as it slips easily. I am making this a general comment because I have bought several of the lights and they all present with the same problem. Once on they seem tight and then with bumps and vibration they begin to slip down and as you are riding you need to pull them up every so often. Worse, the batteries jiggle loose and the light goes out leaving you suddenly in the dark and not wanting to stop en route and try to take the thing apart to fix, or if it is a back light you may not even know it is out and leaves you unprotected from traffic coming up behind you. I am a solid fan of DX and buy a lot of their goods but the bike lights I have do not serve their function well without some refitting and frustration.
Cons: I had to take this apart once too often, bend the metal, replace the batteries, and the second time I lost the flimsy seal. It is not a bright light even when it is working and it is best suited I think to a children's bike and not for an adult bike being used on the streets especially in the daylight where the light is not bright enough to be seen well by car drivers in any of its modes.
Other: REad the other reviews if you do not trust this one.

Pros: Inexpensive, bright (not blinding, but pretty bright) compact, 2 standard AAA batteries, includes bike mount, 3 modes (all on, all blink at the same time / strobe, fast strobe back & forth 1 LED at a time) Purchased three and they all work. Batteries seem to last a while. Several hours over a few months in cold & freezing weather, they're still going strong.
Cons: Not really cons, but observations on the negative side. The tiny on/off button can be hard to operate (can't do it with gloves) and sometimes seems to get stuck a little. I don't know if this would be really rain proof as it doesn't seal all that tight ... but maybe it doesn't need it. Mine have held up during light snow. In side by side comparison in the day and night, the silver reflector inside doesn't improve anything and on a wider viewing angle actually impairs light output, so I've removed them from my lights, since I want the LEDs to be as bright as possible at any angle. I have some durability reservations about the plastic slide mount. I might like something better if I were to use this as a daily bike light. It is not rugged and doesn't secure the light part that well, but it gets the job done. So far it has survived the occasional bump during winter & below freezing temperatures. For the price ... not really cons. But, one time one light did fall off its mount, in the driveway, must have touched or brushed it unintentionally ... hence my reservation as a primary bike light. I'd look at doing extra to make sure it doesn't fall off.
Other: All in all I'm very happy with these. Especially for the price, because they are the solution to my lighting upgrade and allow me to move snow safer at the end of the driveway, along curb and the mailbox.

Pros: Has good lighting output. Safe. Good quality. Easy to use and mount, and doesn't have excessive lighting patterns. Runs on two small AA batteries.
Cons: None really. Is slightly on the lighter side, but who cares for $3?
Other: Why not buy it? It could easily save your life.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: easy to use, with one botton that controls few operating modes:
fixed light.
flashing fast, and flashing slow.
can be detached from the bike by a click
Cons: could have been more firm when attached to the bike.
Looks fragile, a small hit can breake it.
Other: OK for the price. I am ordering 3 more for my kids.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: A must for your security and visisbility if you ride you bicycle at night. The red light is very reflective and the 3 modes (fixed, strobe and "walking" light) work very well. Standard AAA batteries last for more than a month of daily use.
Cons: Seems cheap construction, but it's only an impression. The support is a litle weak. Handle with care when installing, and don't force the mounting screw too much.
Other: Good for the price.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Small, light and brights well in the dark. AAA type baterries are easy to find everywhere. It's inexpensive.
Cons: It's a little bit fragile build up but not like cracking while riding on harsh conditions. You may check twice after tighting the screw. If you tight more than needed, you may break or loosen the screw hub.
Other: It's a great opportunity. With this price, why don't purchase?
