3-Pin Triode Transistor for DIY Project - Black (20 x 10-Piece Pack)

Pros: This is a very nice kit for the price with most of the basic values you'll need for things like controlling motors with your Ardiuno board, building small amps and the like. Awesome price for what you get.

Cons: I received a kit that included 10ea of C1815 and 10 x GR1815 and ZERO A1015's ... the GR1815 are basically a duplicate of the C1815. Someone messed up. DX's return policy is a bit annoying in this case so I'll just eat it. Oh and you get 20 UNLABELED plastic bags and have to label them yourself... very annoying (think 20 minutes with a magnifying glass and light).

Other: Do you need a bunch of basic transistors to get you started? BUY THIS.

Pros: Thats a big varity of values, nice packed, completelly visible values in their bodies, something that is very difficult to find nowadays.

Cons: The price is a little high than on the brazilians markets(ok, making some sums i get USD 0,26 more than boughting those here), and look that we have the mostest expensive market for electronic DIY pieces, bu this was the only con, the product itself is fine!

Other: If you want to start a elecronic laboratory, i suggest you to buy 4 of them, look also for DX metal film resistor, aluminium capacitor and some others components. I do encourage you to buy an Arduino, DX prices are awesome, and have a good quality.

Pros: Each denomination in a single package. You can use a breadboard, and you can solder - the conclusions of the transistor is covered with solder.

Cons: No sticker with model on transistor bags need to search through all of the packages to find the right model.

Other: Recommend buying a beginner. You can collect different things that would have to learn to deal with transistors. If you know what you need - it is better to buy a set of transistors particular model.

Pros: Pretty much a suitable representative of most common transistors. Certainly a variety wide enough for an Arduino beginner or indeed any beginner or enthusiast. Half the fun is looking them up and rebagging with type and HFe anyway.

Cons: None really.

Pros: very good price for per Unit Each item in a separate package, convenient storage. Is useful for prototyping and production of devices in the home.Well that 20 items, convenient for maintenance, no need to go every time pokupt separately.

Cons: No markings on packages that are not very comfortable, we had the most marked.

Pros: The first thing that I have tought when I have looked to these transistor was that they could has been fake. This because ALL (except ic TL431) of them have a *331 code on them (where the star stays for a letter), all have the same kind of lasered typecode writings, all of them have the same details over the to92 package. I have read these "coincidences" as an ALARM (thinking that the same type of unknown to92 transistor could have been marked in different ways). So, I have tested some of them, and I have had (FORTUNATELY!!) to change my first opinion.

Pros: Never without a transistor again. Saved me on three projects already. Presorted packs make it easy to find multiple of same transistor. Shipped in a compact bag. Very nice assortment of common transistors.

Cons: No labeling so you will have to read the casing yourself.

Other: Can't do without if you prototype electronic projects. Easier to order this than to sort out your junk box only to find you do not have the transistor that you need.

Pros: Very nice assortment of transistors. It's always nice to have different types of BJTs lying around. They come in a decent amount so that if you blow any up it isn't a problem. Price is pretty good for an assortment like this.

Cons: None really. Sorting and labelling could be a bit better.

Other: If you need any transistors, get these.
