Pros: These are so pretty and looked really bright. Just enough to put into my small shaped privet tree outside. Perfect if you have no outdoor electricity supply. Lots of nice comments from my vistors.Love them and am ordering some more for myself and my neighbour. Very good packaging for shipment too
Cons: When it rained they did get wet inside and I noticed what appears to be a bit of rust in the battery housing and around a couple of the bulbs, however they're still working fine. They're a bit flimsly but for the money I'm not too bothered as they really did look fab and I didn't see anything similar locally.
Other: Well worth it

Pros: Fairly solid construction, good bright lights, easy-to-use power source.
Cons: The light is quite blue. For photography, this means you can really only use one light source or you have to gel your other light sources to match the light. Not a huge problem, but still, it says "white."
Other: Great product, portable, good for DIY projects. I have yet to test battery life.

Pros: They are little christmas LED Lights. They have a switch which flashes, solid and off. The switch seems extremly flimsy! Use care when switching on and off.
The battery's seemed to last all camping trip. 5-nights worth! Energy efficent!
Cons: Uh ... none really? Oh wait, the flashing mode kinda messes with your head if you stare at it too much :-)
Other: Great for places with no power :-)

Pros: Very bright from all angles, with great battery life considering the brightness and number of lights. Strung over a picnic table at a campsite, this is more than decoration - it's a true light source, providing a nice even light around the area. Think of it as a lantern that's much easier on the eyes, and more fun.
Cons: Battery compartment is not impressive; a thin metal piece from inside flew out a couple of times while swapping batteries. It took some care to insert batteries and close it while keeping everything together.
Other: On a camping trip and at Burning Man, I used this in a variety of ways, and was impressed with the brightness, as well as the toughness of the wiring and bulbs; it stood up to being strung through trees, pack staps, etc. I even stepped on it by accident once or twice, with no ill effect. It just could use a tougher battery pack.

Pros: - Great little lights which are reasonably cheap to buy, and much cheaper than you would get them, if they sold them in England.
- They are really bright considering how small they are.
- Energy efficient and will give you a fair few hours of light.
- Could read by the light, if they were close by and bunched up.
- Runs on common AA batteries which is really good!
- They have 3 modes: ON / OFF / FLASHING.
- The wires look quite cool as they are translucent.
- There is shrink wrapping around the LEDs.
- Safer than normal mains lights.
Cons: None
Other: Worthwhile getting these.

Pros: As already stated, they are very bright, they have a flash & normal mode. So far I've experienced no problems with them.
(Keep in mind, I haven't had them for long enough to know for sure if they are durable.)
Cons: They look a little cheap, but what can you expect from a cheap product.
Other: Working, normal Christmas lights. They are very very bright, which is nice. I couldn't get them any cheaper locally (lights tend to a bit more costly around here). Overall, I'm glad I bought them.

Pros: Bright lights and as a AA-battery powered device it's safe to operate outdoors. Also battery life seems to be quite long.
Cons: The battery case is somewhat flimsy and it's not waterproof for outdoor use. You must use a plastic bag or similar to keep water/snow out. Power switch needs to be operated with some kind of stylus if your fingernails aren't long enough.
Other: Good match for money. Fun little gadget.

Pros: Bought a couple sets of these lights to decorate around a flower box attached to the front of the house. I ran them on rechargable AA NiMh batteries, and they worked and looked great. They were very bright, and lasted 3 or 4 nights on a charge. Build quality was good, and they lasted a month out in the winter weather here near Buffalo NY. I did put the battery box into a plastic bag to keep it dry, bit I thing they would have been OK out in the weather. They were used for a month around Christmas time, and are in perfect shape to use next year. However, before Christmas gets here again, I will order a few more sets!
Cons: Nothing at all! Another great DX product!
Other: They were inexpensive, worked great, were well made! What more can you ask for?

Pros: - Very Bright lights - Uses battery instead of power outlet - Has a Flashing feature - Looks very nice - Fairly cheap - Long enough for my needs
Cons: - Battery box feels cheap - Needs 3AA batteries to run Not much bad points, yet anyway.
Other: These are cheap and very useful. If you plan to use it as xmas deco for your whole house I recommend you look elsewhere as these are fairly short for your needs. If you need to light up a small area or short distance like the edge of a window I would recommend these as they are good. Its cheap so why not try them!

Pros: Very bright on a full charge. The wire is soft and easy to move.
Cons: There are about 5 individual strands of copper wire. If you hand them roughly they will come apart and you'll have to solder it back together. You can't tie it back together because there are only 5 strands. The battery box doesn't hold the batteries too well so a little aluminum foil and tape made it stick together.
Other: Be prepared for repairs or to throw them away. I like them. I've used the pieces that have formed from broken wires for other task.
