Pros: Insert in and remove easily. Seems to be 10% faster than USB 2.0 genuine ports with same 2.5" HDD.

Cons: Does'nt output 5V current enough to drive my 2.5" HDD without inserting the cable provided in another USB port and the plug on the USB 3.0 card front face. But works fine after that with 2.5" HDD

Other: Just to prepare my old Fujitsu/Siemens Amilo 3438G for USB3.0 disks new standard.

Pros: - Does what it's supposed to - Fits flush with the side of your laptop - Cheap

Cons: - Not the fastest USB3.0 solution - Nor the most power efficient - Sub-par build quality - Thickness makes it a tight squeeze

Other: If you need two USB3.0 ports on your laptop, then this is a good solution. However, if you only need a single port, I think sku.48005 is a better card.

Other: Excellent product, easy to use. Easy to instal. No problems with data rates or transfer issues.

Pros: - The product is very simple to use, just insert it, install the driver that comes in the package and use it; - 2 more USB ports :)

Cons: - The 3.0 transfer speed is not great; have a improvement (Increased 10MB/s here in some situations) compaired to a regular 2.0 port, but very inferior speeds compaired to a better quality 3.0 USB. - The ports look like a bit tight on the card, not much space left there.

Other: A great product if you looking for extra USB ports and use it with USB gadgets that don't require too much power; If you are looking a product focusing on transfer speed, try another option.

Pros: is useful if you have several USB on your notebook. works pretty well. transfer rate is pretty good about 15-25 Mb / s for USB 2.0 and about 35-50 MB / s in USB 3.0

Cons: driver CD that comes with it is not good for anything, you have to sscoti single drivers on the net. not always works like an USB 3.0, 60-70% of cases go as a USB 2.0

Other: I struggled a bit with him to find some drivers that works as it should. and gave me the blue screen enough times when I wanted to use it.
