Pros: Good value light strip for general lighting. The light is quite cold (blu-ish) but very useable. I have mine in my log store/shelter which is 2 metres x 3 metres (6f x 10f in old money!) and it provides a good level of light - eqivalent to say a 60w incandescent. It is actually hooked up to a 200w 12v lead acid battery and a solar charging system so I will always have light in there for very little power consumption. Although I have not used it for any significant length of time (plus the outside temp is 0-8c at the moment) it doesn't appear to have any heat issues, even without the aluminium case.
Cons: The led strip is loose in the aluminium case, it sits in slots and just slides out - fine for me as I haven't used the case but might be an issue for some. Also, the supplied short leads are very low quality and one connection failed in the time it took my to fit the lamp in place. Not a major problem as most people will need to add far longer leads anyway but you ned to be aware of it if you don't have soldering facilities.
Other: All in all, good value for a decently built led strip.

Pros: Brightness is awesome, with 2 of theese I can light my livingroom. Very small sized which help to make it fit in roof or whereever you gonna put it.
Cons: Wiring was not so good, after playing with it for a while one of wires "snap out" at the end where are soldering. (sry for my crap english). But ofcourse easy job to solder it again better.
Other: Gonna try make rooflight to my car next :D

Pros: Price on these is fantastic. They work well and they are built pretty good. Light output is perfect for display cases or under counter lighting. Would work as cove lighting in a room too.
Cons: You need to have some soldering skills to make these work. The leads to and from the strips can be a bit awkward to sold especially if you break them after you install them under something.
Other: Perfect for display stuff in a store. Not so great for task lighting or lighting up a room. If you want to light a room very dim than these would work. Might need 4 of them for a room that is 15 ft x 15ft. Again though only accent lighting.

Pros: Very cold white light with solid bright comparable to fluorescent lamp lighting of 10W fluorescent lamp (also cold white).
Cons: Aluminum alloy shell could be simple U shape with slot for diffuser
Wires should be soldered in better quality.
Other: I am attaching the picture comparing SKU 47300 versus SKU 47301.

Pros: - Ultra bright white light - Very good build quality of the LEDs - Easy to install. Just connect the 2 wires - Protected with aluminium bar
Cons: - One wire was broken. I had to solder it back on the bar - Installed it in the trunk & when I open my trunk, after a while the LEDs dims. Very strange. But when I open another door of my car they light back up
Other: I will buy one more so then I have 2 bars in my trunk with more light :D
