3mm & 5mm Light-emitting Diode - Green + Red + Yellow (100-Piece Pack)

Pros: Great LEDs for any of your DIY projects! Can't go wrong at a price like this! Costs nearly 5x as much at my local electronics shack ;) can be used in many different applications, Just add imagination!

Cons: None at all! Great LEDs at a Great Price! Gotta love it

Other: Good LED's for whatever you need them for! Great for all and any DIY projects you may have! Hard to to keep some on hand at this price

Pros: I was suspious for the quality but it turned great after little examing, handes sanding and the leds were collected pretty well to the ESD package.

Cons: Some of the 3mm leds had legs bent, but were still in working order, and didn't seem to be too stressed for bending them back to straight line. Long delivery time, over month.

Other: Great price and quality, EtsDriver approves (y) As ict-assebler i appreciate the quality of these leds. I got totally scrap leds from professional store (leds that worked wrong way too and from any voltages from 0,2V) and becouse of that i made decision to try the DX.com, wasn't that bad store to try. I will buy more leds from DX.com even the delivery time is long to Finland.

Pros: I ordered these with other products and they came especially well packed. Padded and protected. No legs were bend or broken. They all work - I've tested every single one :)

Cons: Green LEDs are quite dimmer than red and yellow LEDs. When you look at green it seems dim, but when you connect them with yellow and red you see the difference. The light is still visible though.

Other: Buy if you need all three colors. I won't buy ths pack again as there are enough for prototyping purposes. For finished products I'd go for some with more emmited light.

Pros: Cheap price. Lots of LEDs for practically nothing. The LED can be used in multiple projects. They contain most of the useful colors.

Cons: Some of the legs on the LEDs are even. This make it difficult to tell + from -. They don't list the electronic specifications for the LEDs in the write up. I only received ten 5mm Green LEDs. Blue and clear LEDs aren't included in this pack.

Other: Buy it now. You need more LEDs. Who doesn't.

Pros: Come in different sizes and colors, good for prototypes and study. It is a good pack for the price also, you have a variety of components in just one order.

Cons: None information available about the current for each of the LEDs, no specifications at all. I found that the green one, (when using the same resistor I used in red and yellow) is less brighter, so you need to use smaller resistance and try by yourself to find the correct value.

Other: I would buy more if needed.

Pros: Very good quality. All sizes so you do not have to choose what diameter you need - in case of this item you get both, three milimmiters and five millimiters. And all colours for all the sizes.

Cons: I do not see any cons. All diodes works at the time. I am not sure about durability and how long they will work but at the time being they works.

Other: I would recomment it to all my friends for arduino projects and just for general usage.

Pros: Nice wide range of different LED's really appropriate for starting projects where visual indicators are needed. They all work as expected.

Cons: Information on current (miliAmpers) would be helpful for some people. Also some dimension description would be fine ... but hey, you can find this on internet since all specifications are standard. Other than this I have no cons for this product!

Other: Worth buying. Simply does what it is meant for. I am thinking of ordering another package since the price is really "user friendly".

Pros: All of the LEDs worked from first use. All of the LEDs are fairly bright with little defects. All of the LEDs have the correct polarity, will length of pins identifying the anode and cathode. Nice long wires for soldering to hard places. Good distribution of colours.

Cons: Some had small defects but still worked. The LED leads were made of a very rough metal, you could probably cut yourself on them. They are very intolerant to over voltage, you go over by a little bit, and they immediately pop and go black, never to work again.

Other: If you want some cheap LEDs in a mixture of colours then this is probably the product for you.
