3V~8.4V 5W Cree 3-Mode Memory Circuit Board for Flashlights (16.7mm*6.1mm)

Pros: I haven't measured exact output values but, on high, this driver powers an LED as brightly as another driver from here that also has a high output of 1200mA... In other words, it's bright :) Low output is a great (I'd estimate 15 lumens with a Seoul U2SVOH LED) PWM flicker can not be seen using the high output. The driver does not get hot when being powered with a 6V or 8.4V source.

Cons: The PWM frequency of the low output is LOW. Flickering is easily seen when the light is moved. Very annoying. The order of outputs is bad. Low-Strobe-High.. What's the sense in transitioning through strobe before getting to the high output??

Other: It's a good driver to use with 2 lithium cells. Flickering on low is bad and the order of the modes could be better however, it doesn't change the fact that this is one of a handful of 8.4V drivers available here.
