What is Bulk Rate? BulkRate is a semi-wholesale system with items priced separately from retail. When you use bulk rates, a flat $1.70 registered air mail fee will automatically be added to your cart to ensure delivery of package. While BulkRate's intention is to offer cheaper prices when you buy in bulk, because it is priced separately it on occassions show a higher than retail price. That's why we ask you to enter BULKRATE as a coupon code to manually activate the rates. You can always opt not to use the bulk rates. If you are looking for wholesale prices please feel free to contact us.

Pros: I used one of these, along with SKU 5937 and a spare Cree XR-E P4 emitter, to make a P60 drop in module. The driver is a perfect fit and pretty easy to fit. The five modes are very useful to conserve battery life-when needed. This would also make an ideal replacement for a broken driver in any torch using single XR-E Cree and 17mm driver card. For the price you can not go wrong.
Cons: Wires attached to the card are very small and a bit tricky to solder for a novice. Does not come with any instructions.
Other: Does exactly what it says on the can and is very good value. I would recommend this card.

Pros: I'm using this driver to drive a CREE XR-E P4. The driver looks well made and pretty compact. 17mm is about the right size for most 16340/18650 based flashlights. Driver works with either 1x18650 battery or 2x14340 batteries. With 2 batteries the led is brighter but generates more heat. with one battery the LED says cool but is a bit dimmer. I have also tried this driver with a XP-E R5. This works fine with two batteries but with one battery the medium mode flikers randomly ones the battery drops to 3.7v.
Cons: A bit dim when used with one li-ion.
Other: Good multimode driver for single LED.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: - It's very small and compact - I like the high, middle and low modes - One, or two serially connected Li-ion battery cell is an accepted power source
Cons: - Strobe and S.O.S. modes is useless for me - The factory soldered cables is very thin, the black cable is loosened immediately (not a big a cons, I replaced the thin cables to thicker one)
Other: Good driver, I buy another one in the future.
