4-in-1 Zirconia Ceramic Knives with Peeler Set

Pros: Expensive-look, good quality rubber handle, it's a pleasure to hold it in your hand, well made logo at the end of handle, clear printed logo on the blade.

Cons: After 2 weeks of careful use there were some microscopic chips on blades. It's sharp enough, but not extremely sharp as I thought.

Other: It's inpossible to estimate ceramic blades quality (for me). Anyway you must be careful with it.

Pros: Very sharp knives. Very comfortable handles, moulded to the hand and slightly rubberized which makes them very comfortable to hold. I have had them since late summer and the knives are still as sharp as they were when I got them. All of them are quite small and handy as well, a good size for vegetables and other knife work where a large knife would be unwieldy.

Cons: None so far really, they look great, come with a sheath and are still very sharp. The peeler though is almost too sharp. When peeling a potato or a carrot it is easy to take off much more than just the outer layer.

Other: These are very good knives, I use them almost every day and they are still very sharp. The sheaths are handy if you want to store them in a drawer without the risk of dulling the knives or cutting yourself. The peeler is the least comfortable thing to use in this set. It is very sharp, but has an angle which makes it very aggressive, and it often removes more of a chunk from the thing you peel than I would like.

Pros: great weight, and very good material. Three shapes for different uses. Pealing is very good. sharp edges and a really great rubber grip. light and balanced weight. It doest's looses it cutting edge due to the zirconian material on it.

Cons: The knife covers are not very good and a little small. It's a little hard to put the knife in. Other than that, the product is GREAT!

Other: WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMEND THIS PRODUCT! i think is one of the best things I bought on this site and would buy a lot more for my restaurant.
