Pros: Works well. Sound is clear. Volume control matches different levels of hearing loss. Earbuds of three sizes are provided, so one of them will fit your ear.

Cons: Earbuds seem a bit fragile and may need replacement shortly, but overall build is good.

Other: Battery life is not too long, as occurs with many hearing devices, but you can order 50 x AG-13 batteries for a few bucks in this website. You will not find a hearing aid device for this price anywhere!

Pros: It's a good option for the people who doesn't hear very well - Easy to use, just put it on the ON and set the volume. - Comes with diferents silicon aplications to fit in every ear. - The sound is more than acceptable for the price.

Cons: - Maybe the quality of the material isn't so good.

Other: This items are to expensive in many countrys, i think this is a very good option for people who doesn't have much money and doesn't ear very well. It's very easy to use and this seems good for old people who needs it, change the battery is to easy too.

Pros: Its Easy to use. And very affordable. Very Comfortable.

Cons: No noise canceling. So loud is loud but I might just need to get use to it.

Other: it works and is affordable. I will be recommending it to any one who needs a hearing aid. Its going to be nice not going HU all of the time. I'm going to be Buying one for my mom, Grandfather, and grandmother.

Pros: Becaus I had eardamage by infection in my yought, the ability to hear in the 1-4KHz spectrum was limited with 30-40dM (both ears).So I had the ability to ignore sounds I didnot want to hear like dog barking and parrot screaming (130dB A).
Important silgnals like listening to voices and other usefull things were difficult for me expecially in noisy situations.
There hearingaids (i have bought 3X so te bulkrate was effective and i had a spare unit.
Te low and very high tones are not much amplified but thats just good for me. Me fosterchildren are less positive, i can hear their naugty plans better than ever.

Cons: For this price none actually.
The soundspectrum cannot be tuned but what do you expect for this money.

Other: The best value for money ever at DX.
I'm very pleased, the silicon inearplug is just ok (two types).
Batteryuse is OK tuning is a little difficult
but that is allso an advantage, no detuning by fibration or what so ever.
Te gainrange is OK, what was a surprise for me is , that by using of two, my complete stereohearing is restored.
That's only possible when the pickupcharacteristics ale equal and the omnidirectional pickup is in narrow specs the same.
Best to buy three in one time.

Pros: This is a good product i found in DealExtreme, i bought this for my grandmother and she is very happy with it, now, she can hear us because of this cool and great looking Hearing Aid, if someone in my relatives or friends will need this, i will get another one, it is really useful, and also very affordable

Pros: Well, i bought it for my wife's grandmother, but i've tested a little, so...
In my opinion, the "4-Mode Syrinx Hearing Aid" has a lot of pros. Here they are:
- It comes with three different sized earpads, wich makes it easier and comfortable for almost every person to use
- Even the first volume level gives a noticeable difference
- The hearing aid is not as big as it looks (believe me, for some, it might pass unnoticed).
- My wife's grandmother got very happy

Cons: At the moment, there are no cons at all.

Other: Buy it and "hear" the diference. :-D

Pros: - PRICE! - Sound quality is superb for the price - Loud and clear as a 1000$ device - 2 soft silicone ear pads (the other one is plastic) - Comfortable to use - Uses LR44 wich are cheaper than PR48

Cons: - That awful golden ring near the ear makes it look like a headphone and really catches the eye - The ear pads are too big and the golden thing sticks out of the ear making it look bad. I have cut a little piece out of the base of the silicone so they look smaller and to fit better in ear

Other: 100% worth the price. Will buy more definetly.

Pros: - I won't rate it five on the overall because there are hearing aid devices that are specifically designed to each person, according to each need; if it were not for that, this would be a five, no doubt.

- One spare battery to start with

Cons: - It's not meant to be used long hours; as it is not fully designed for each person, it may cause discomfort

Other: Buy it! Not hearing well is terrible! My father says he is now a complete person again.
Also buy a pack of spare batteries. I found a very nice 50 pack here at DX.
