    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: 48 melodies is plenty.
    Decent range of the transmitter.
    Reasonable price.

    Cons: No volume control on the receiving units (they are very loud by default and I had to stick a duct-tape over the speaker of one receiving unit).
    Transmitter uses a non-standard battery to operate.

    Other: This is a nicely-built door bell with two receivers which is a good thing to have if you own a two-storey house or even a house with a basement.
