- Tear the strip off the hard plastic film
- Adhere the side with gel to the surface of tooth
- Align the straight side of strip to the gum, gently press and adjust the strip with finger, and make it completely adhere to the tooth surface.
- Take the strip off the tooth and discard after 30 min
-Attention:
- Do not use the strip if having dental ulcer, broken gum, pr after oral surgery
- People with sensitive tooth shall reduce the dosage or use under the guidance of doctor
- Keep this product away from eyes, please wash with clean water if touching eyes

    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: -It really works, and fast! -30 minutes with this and i can see that my teeth has gotten whiter, now with several sessions i'ts a big difference. - Cheap. - Easy to use, no extra gel or other stuff needs to be used, just smack on the tape with pre-existing gel on it and wait 30mins and you'll have brighter teeth. - No irritation or pain on the gums.

    Cons: None, it's a great whitening product.

    Other: Buy some!
