  • Good replacement driver for single-cell XM-L light

    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: Good Multi-Mode driver for single-cell XM-L lights. No mode memory, in this case a pro! Driver always starts in a very useful Medium, second click goes to Low, while a third goes to High. This configuration means that it is not necessary to cycle between the annoying Strobe/SOS modes. High is a Direct Drive High, allowing this driver to feed 3+ Amps to the emitter.

    Cons: Driver still has the annoying Strobe/SOS modes.
    Driver also has visible PWM on medium and low modes.

    Other: Excellent low-profile driver for single-cell XM-L lights. Good for replacing weak or defective drivers on C8, P60, or other format lights that use a 17mm driver.
