  • Fast charger!

Pros: - Very high current output. - Works with my DSD charger.

    Cons:
    - Super light, so it feels cheap. Not sure of its quality or durability.
    - The plug that goes into my DSD charger doesn't always make contact when plugged in. Not sure why.

Other: I bought this to use with my DSD charger so I can charge 18650s faster. It definitely works for that purpose. It now charges my 18650s 4x faster! I haven't noticed a drop in end voltage either, which is great. I had wondered whether there would be a drop in end voltage because the output voltage (5V) is lower than the DSD charger's PS voltage (5.5V). Hopefully it lasts for a while.

  • Very similar to original, with deatachable cable

Pros: Works just as the original, no problems so far. can be used to charge other devices (READ SPECS.)

Cons: AC cable looks very cheap.
connector is a little longer than the original and fits a little tight to the psp (slim)
a little light in my opinion.
package extra cheap, came almost open.

Other: Good replacement for the original psp AC adapter.

  • Great replacement or extra

Pros: Cheap replacement, or an extra travel adapter if you prefer to leave your original plugged in one spot.
Charges about as well as the official adapter.
Doesn't get too hot, so it's pretty efficient for a budget adapter.

Cons: Build quality is a bit poorer than an official adapter. The plastic is a little creaky and the prongs in particular are missing the standard punched-out holes, which just looks really cheap.

    Other: Very worthwhile purchase.

  • Works just fine, good price

posted by thefezman on 17:32:59 G7T 15/07/2008 certificated customer

Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

Pros: Works perfectly with my PSP, left it to charge overnight and the box wasn't warm or anything. Charged the battery to 100% without any issues.

Cons: Had to mark down build quality since it sounds like there's a piece of plastic loose inside the ac adapter (I sure hope it's plastic!).

Other: For the price, this works great! It would also make a decent power supply for most any USB powered items. It also works on my Creative Vision W.

  • 5V 2000mA AC Adapter for PSP

posted by ayane on 18:57:17 G7T 30/07/2008 certificated customer

Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

Pros: -Works great for the psp slim and fat
-Function exactly the same as the original
-Great price compare to the original

Cons: -Not like the one shown in the picture
    -The box is totally different
-No PSP printing on the adaptor like the ones in the picture or the original one
-The back sticker is also different from the one in the picture
-Lighter than the original one and also feels kind of cheap

Other: If you need a spare AC adaptor, I would recommend this. Works fine and good price too. I will definitely buy again.

  • Great Psp Charger

    posted by Stickman779 on 00:35:02 G8T 17/08/2008 certificated customer

Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

Pros: A very nice Psp AC charger that charges both Phat and Slim Psp's in about 3 hours.
When I use it the box does not get hot or make any weird sounds, it charges very smoothly with no problems.
The box it came in was nice and not flattened at all, not much of a pro or con but you have to give it credit for being nicely presented!

Cons: When you shake it there's something loose inside it, maybe a screw or a bit of plastic and putting the plug into the charger box is hard to push in, other than that nothing else.

Other: Buy one they work, what else?

  • Perfect affordable replacement power supply

posted by nedmech on 11:52:13 G10T 28/10/2008 certificated customer

Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

Pros: You can't beat the value for this price. I needed an extra charger so I could leave my PSP movie dock hooked up all the time and still take the original charger on the road with me. This fit perfectly with what I needed. Now I can leave my move dock set up on my TV all the time and never have to mess with plugging and unplugging cables (which is the whole point of having a dock, isn't it?).

Cons: The AC power cord fit a little bit tight into the power supply, but I guess that could actually be good since it means it won't accidentally come out easily.

Other: If you need an extra charger, or a replacement for a dead/broken one, this is well worth the money.

Pros: Cant beat the price, uses a standard figure 8 powerlead and takes 110v-240v so will work pretty much anywhere in the world.

Cons: Little cheap feeling, but it was cheap.. so no problems.

Other: If you need a replacement charger, get this.
Hell even worth picking one up as a spare

Pros: It is a charger and it works. The PSP didn't blow up and it charged so it's all good.

    Cons: No cons.

Other: Get it if you're looking for a replacement.

  • Looks cheap but works

posted by sanantonioelec on 17:32:39 G11T 30/11/2008 certificated customer

Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: - Do the job
    - Is a good secundary power source
    - works fine in 110/220v

Cons: - power cable is cheap and short
    - the stickers and case inscription don´t match description
    - if you let it plug get too hot
    - the package it's a mess

Other: As always the lower pice make it a good choice. So it worth the money if you need to replace a death charger or want and adittional one.
